It is Kobby who has made this a 5* experience for me. From the moment I walked into the garage, his relaxed and supportive approach made buying a new car an easy and seamless process. He went through the paperwork with me and explained everything fully - taking on a lot of the admin himself. He listened to my requirements and advised when needed but was never pushy. This approach to sales is refreshing to see as too many out there make it a pressurising and stressful experience for the customer in order to secure the sale. I would also like to mention Eric who did the actual handover. He was patient and carefully explained how the car worked, allowing me to ask as many questions as needed. Highly recommended for Motability vehicles. Great knowledge and customer service from Estela in help choosing our new Motability car, which was the Yaris hybrid, met all our needs and was delivered within six weeks. The transaction and handover was smooth, Toyota Croydon is a nice relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for my daughter with additional needs. We were made to feel very welcome by Dee. Handover by Eric super smooth , friendly and efficient.

Just picked up our new ch-r gr which was sold to us by Mukesh Thakor. From the start of the process he was very informative and had great product knowledge. He could easily identify the differences between the different models and help us choose the right car. He kept us informed of the progress of the vehicle during the preparation stage and provided us a very detailed overview of the finance agreement. Today I had a guy from Toyota Jemva Purley way Croydon name of Colin sort my Towbar out has had no lights and turn out just a 10am fuse stuck up under the dash very helpful and perlite man. Highly recommended 🙏

When I went to Jemca Toyota Croydon, I was welcome by Will Fuly. He was very polite, helpful, friendly and obliging. I had a list of questions which he willingly and competently answered. It was my first dealing with an automatic and a hybrid car. He patiently explained how it worked and made me feel confident for the test drive.
He clearly explained the financial options and the optional extras and did not push me into buying anything I did not want.
After I had ordered the car he emailed me to let me know the expected date of arrival of the car. I was very happy with the service I received from him.

Amazing experience the handover with vijay was so easy and he explained the car very well, Dee as always so happy and welcoming and thank you to mukesh who always looks after me and my family.

Professional, bespoke service ("build you car", finance). The guy who runs the forecourt ought to be one of the sales people. Book in advance for test drive & discussing options.

Edit: collected the car today. Ismael Demirpolat was Customer Consultant throughout. He was most helpful and took the time to answer our various questions. He also helped my wife with an initial test drive before we took off with the car. She was nervous about going for an automatic for the first time after driving manual for 11 years and he helped her feel confident enough to drive home, having offered to assist longer if needed. A 5* rating for Ismael please.
