Great family business .Kris (the son) gave a solution that saved me from calling the plumber and gave the right component (stopcock) for the water mains. Useful for someone useless at DIY usually.

I had a leaking pipe, the gent behind the counter asked a few questions and found me the perfect washer, he even magiced up an identical piece of pipe from under the counter & all for 25p 👍

They literally have everything. I don’t know how they do it! Brilliant staff and excellent choice of products. Usually price matched or cheaper than B&Q/Homebase too.

Brilliant friendly service. Really helpful advice even when you don't know what you need. Nothing is too much trouble. I always feel like they value my business.

The owners son who works in the store is the most helpful and knowledgeable person ever! He goes out of his way to assist you and knows the exact location of 1000 different items. Great shop.

Everything I wanted, none of which could be had at B&Q, with advice, a smile and a chat. And, as pack sizes are sensible for DIY, it worked out cheaper than Screwfix. I'll be back.

Staff helpful and prices arent too bad, some cheaper and better quality than the big diy stores. Hopefully they`ll do good business, petts wood needs more shops like these rather than the usual hair/nail salons and restaurants.

i am in self isolation and am doing some DIY i needed Varnish i phoned the shop and they delivered to me excellent service fantastic shop has all your DIY materials.👍👍👏👏
