Had some beautiful pieces of stone from Stoneworld, great service and price would use again!

Had a nightmare trying to source specific Kandla grey sandstone slabs as only needed 2 sizes to finish my patio. The sizes I needed (560x560 & 420x560) are typically not made anywhere, they are all round numbers (600x600). Stoneworld had the sizes I needed and I was able to complete my patio. Quality of the slabs was great and they were delivered quick time. Thanks guys!!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Had a quartz worktop which StoneWorld fitted 4 years ago removed and re-cut to fit a larger hob. The guys that removed the worktop, re-cut and re-fitted it did an amazing job. They were both very professional, polite and friendly. Absolute first class service from this family run business. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service from start to finish. Stoneworld is fairly local to us, so we were able to visit in person. Sam was happy to show us the different types of gravel, promptly following up with a quote via email. Having decided to order, we were able to choose a delivery date, which was confirmed by text the day before. Callum the driver was with us by 9.30am and couldn't have been more helpful, carefully positioning the bulk bags exactly where we needed them. You can tell it's a family business by the personal service. Top marks.

It has taken me a long time to finally decide on a stone for my new terrace, after a lot of research and copious trips to various suppliers. Without question Stoneworld was absolutely the right choice. I could not be more delighted with the Raj Green tumbled Sandstone they provided and paying that bit extra was 100% worth it! It is a far superior product to others out there, namely the thickness and the very subtle colour variation in the stone. The overall effect is absolutely stunning - even my builder said he has never seen Raj Green of this quality! In addition I ordered the stone on a Thursday and it was delivered promptly the following Monday by their lovely driver who was so accommodating with regards to where we wanted the stone left. Thank you Rob and his team from an extremely happy customer.

Fantastic service. Our initial enquiries were handled with friendly professionalism by Ellie. At the site, it was really easy to select the right stone with their help and they were able to match our requirements exactly. The guys on the site couldn't have been more helpful. Costs were very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I am grateful to Stoneworld (Oxfordshire) Ltd for finding the same stone slates I had installed over 20 years ago in my London bathroom. I am installing a new shower currently and wanted to keep the same slates. Ellie, from the sales department, could not have been more helpful- thank you! It was also fun to visit the farm by Oxford and see the huge variety of stones and slates available.

Just visited to look for materials for a garden gas fire pit table top and can’t praise the customer service highly enough. Dominic and the workshop manager (sorry didn’t get a name) were extremely helpful. Order being placed Monday!

The counter tops were perfect. We had a great choice to choose from and the prices, installation costs and delivery were explained clearly and no extra charges. I had an issue with my grey slabs that had brown stains after being laid and cleaned with an acid wash. After receiving excellent advice from Stoneworld.. I purchased the Rob Parker rust removal..the results were fantastic. My slabs are back to the original grey. Thankyou for your excellent customer service

Having seen Bicester Villages new paved area I was delighted by Stoneworlds, an in particular the owner Robs knowledge and advice when it came to me ordering the same product. Not only did he help me through the sale process also gave advice on up keep and maintenance of the stone, 2 months on and a completed project I’m thrilled!

Having discovered Stoneworld online paid a visit to get just a few stones for a rockery and found some that will do the job just fine, although it was obvious I was not going to spend a lot of money the young lady from the sales office was very pleasant friendly and helpful, customer service at it's very best a rare thing in this country Thank you.
