What a lovely way to spend a summer morning. Our daughter made an appointment to visit Albion Barn on the first day of their summer opening season. What a treat!
We spent a couple of hours walking around the grounds and gallery and spoke briefly to the generous owner together with members of his family and team. Beautiful artworks in a lovely setting...

Lovely rural setting to view artworks inside and out. Plenty of room to enjoy a walk too.

Worth a visit - free to visit. Some large bits of artwork in a barn & various sculptures in a field. No toilets. Artwork that they are (attempting) to sell for thousands of pounds. Need to book in advance can do so online.

Really amazing sculptures and incredible that the owners are generous enough to provide access for free. We were told it would take 30 minutes but we spent over two hours because the artworks had clearly been chosen very carefully both in terms of individual merit and also to match perfectly the surroundings - dramatic and imposing in open locations; intimate and complex in the copses; and almost playing with the trees in a way that made them owned and part of the woods.

The only downside for us was the lady providing the maps was quite rude to the children who had knelt on the granite surround of the fountain so they could see the fountain itself. It seems that this is just the sort of place where you can teach children a lifelong love and appreciation of art. That said, it is of course a private collection and I have no issue with them running it in whatever way they choose.

Beautiful place to see sculptures. Very aesthetically pleasing- I wish there was more art, sadly they could do so much more with the beautiful land they have. They could also have a coffee shop or a brasserie which would add a whole new dimension to it. Otherwise, a lovely space with friendly staff and beauty everywhere

Not what i expected at all. As an art lover i really did think this place had so much more to offer. I am not sure why but the staff ignored us once we arrived although you book before going so they know who will be visiting. The manager had greeted us at some point but there was no help no proper introduction until we asked for help on how to get around.
