I see reviews that note lower price, which is right but there is a very clear sales strategy in place which has proven results and everything is on client approval I know Sharon checks everything by me first. Highly recommended.

After 10 months of having my property on sale with Purplebricks with not much interest I was contacted by GOTO to see if I would be interested in putting the property on a modern auction. In the circumstances it seemed a good idea-so I did. There was a lot of interest almost immediately. Now after 2.5 months it is sold Subject to contract. I was looked after by Vicki Picton from GOTO. She was amazing. From the outset she explained everything I needed to know, contacted prospective buyers before and after a viewing and always kept me updated on how things were going.
