I’ve been a happy customer of Dave’s for over a decade - he’s looked after my BMWs, Mercedes and Porsche. Reasonable labour rates and always willing to offer friendly advice.
A hidden gem amongst the unscrupulous majority.
All my newer BMW & Mercedes have been serviced and maintained with the work recorded with manufacturer online.

My daughter put her car in for some work on the brakes. Very good pricing and excellent workmanship. They explained everything and only did the work that was required. It's not often you find such honesty.

I took my 1 Series here as I was getting an error "Tyre pressure Monitor (RDC) failed".

They were amazing, reset it and drove the car around. Came back and put the diagnostic on it. Identified the cause and advised me to head across the road and get a new valve\sensor fitted to my rear right wheel.

This fixed the issue :-)

Worth pointing out that, they didn't want any payment for this, despite me offering. Haliwell Jones BMW in Chester want £156 to run diagnostics alone (a 2 minute job)

Took my car there a couple of weeks ago. They knew what the problem was straight away. I booked the morning off and was due back in work in the afternoon, but when the parts they ordered were late to arrive, Dave the boss gave me a lift to work himself. They then dropped the car off at my workplace later in the afternoon. Lynn on reception was lovely too. A good, honest garage, very friendly with guys who know their stuff and well priced too. Would recommend to anybody with a BMW or Mini

Sorted a problem for me which other garages failed at.
Very professional and easy to deal with. Even though I reckon the diagnosis took a while, they didn’t even charge me for their time, since it didn’t need much work to rectify.
I’ll be going back there next time.

My BMW X5 had a massive transmission failure looked on the internet came up with BM Autocare got AA to transport it Saturday morning , I am no mechanic but the noise when the prop shaft decided to part company from where it was connected , with warning lights flashing up,never new there so many coloured lights on and the dashboard i.e. Transmission problem , no oil pressure and whatever else, Dave sorted it at a very fair price he could have charged more as I would be none the wiser but he didn't ,sometimes you have to put your trust and hope for the best, a very fair and reputable garage he even washed the car as engine oil had come from the punctured sump and covered the complete rear of the car I will certainly use him again

MOT, front brake disc replacement and pads on my X3, all done on the day for a good price, excellent experience, would recommend.
