Amazing driving instructor! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to learn to drive whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience under your belt. Graham has helped me pass my first driving test, it has been an incredible journey, thank you Graham.

I can’t recommend Graham highly enough. His priority is making sure you are a confident, safe driver and he delivers on both of these goals. His car is representative of the sorts of cars first time drivers will find themselves in (albeit a bit newer) so you can be confident your lessons with him will transfer to your own car.

If you want to pass, Graham is your guy! I have been learning with him for 5 months and have passed first time with only a couple of minors. Graham really believed in me & filled me with so much confidence & put me at ease from my very first lesson. Everything was explained to me fully & with so much patience. We also had a lot of laughs on lessons too!
All round fantastic instructor & person!

If you want to learn to drive and not just how to scrape by in your test, then this is the place to do so. In my lessons I thought a lot of mistakes were being pointed out but I am glad every little mistake was mentioned. Since when I went into my test I knew how to avoid them, I’m very grateful for all the help I got to pass my test.

I couldn’t recommend GEARS enough! I have had a number of driving Instructors in the past and not once have I felt confident enough to drive with my sister in the car and also with my children! He was honest and told me when I needed to focus but also there for a laugh and I think that’s how a instructor should be! I’m so proud of myself thank you so much GEARS for your help and pushing me to pass!!

Graham has been a quality instructor! From day one he makes you feel at ease and safe in the car. He explains things thoroughly and in a way that helps you remember key information. He pushed me always to do the very best I could, which filled me with confidence. Graham is superbly trustworthy and always arrives on time for lessons and doesn’t muck you about with bookings at all. Every lesson he would provide targeted advice regarding the driving errors I would make. He is very progress driven and each lesson he builds on the previous lesson and introduces new things.He has the patience of a saint! Could not recommend Graham enough!

Great Driving instructor, knows the area and examiners perfectly, and will ensure you know how to approach every roundabout for every direction. He is firm but fair and will tell you exactly what you did wrong as it happens - explaining clearly how to do it next time. No lesson time is ever wasted. Definitely recommend.

Graham is a great driving instructor and helped Charlie to get a first time pass. He was very patient and took time to explain everything clearly, which was a great help.

Absolutely brilliant instructor, was really nervous to start driving but Graham soon put my nerves at ease, so calm and patient can't recommend him enough

I've had Graham since March, I couldn't imagine a better driving instructor! He's always been a laugh even at the toughest lessons! He's great to get along with and great at calming my nerves, I enjoyed every lesson with him. I would definitely recommend him, 10/10 driving instructor, passed first time with 3 minors.

Graham is a terrific instructor, calm and assertive and knows exactly what’s he talking about.

I was a nervous learner who didn’t look forward to driving at all. But with Graham’s warm, patient manner, and step by step process he grew my confidence and ability, putting me right on the path to passing first time!

Graham is a very good instructor. He works hard to instill confidence when driving and has a focus on practical experience. He is quick to address issues and offers continual re-enforcement of good practices. I have found that he uses music to good affect as well. Would not hesitate to recommend.
