I seem to upgrade my boats frequently and have looked at countless boats with them over the last 10 years. Despite choosing two boats that were for sale privately they have never considered me a time waster and always given the time to look round them. This year however I chose my boat from them and couldn't be happier with the boat and service.

I have bought both of my boats from Norfolk Yacht Agency. Since buying my most recent boat 18months ago, I have been lucky enough to be involved with NYA's cruising club and have travelled to London, Holland and Belgium with their team. I have had first class service from the sales staff, Louis and her team in the office and most importantly, the engineering team led by Mark Suckling. I wouldn't go any where else and would recommend them to anybody looking to buy a boat or have it professionally maintained.

Just completed on another boat from NYA. Yet again another easy pleasable experience with no hassle.
This purchased involved my old boat being traded in via another company which does take a little longer for obvious reasons,but NYA got it over the line hassle free.

We recently bought one of NYA's stock boats from them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everyone at NYA has been consistently wonderful (across all sites and departments).

The certainly went the extra mile in every way. The surveyor we used (from on their list) was extremely thorough and all of the little things he identified they rectified with no questions asked.

We found the whole team extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The boat is great and because of the way they dealt with us we have every confidence in her.

I would definitely recommend NYA for their honesty and straightforwardness. If we ever want to change our boat in the future I will certainly be using NYA again - especially for one of their stock boats.

I can also thoroughly recommend Haines boats - they are beautiful.

Wow wow wow, what a holiday 😍 Just returning from an amazing 4 days on the Norfolk Broads. We hired Cover Girl and she didn’t disappoint, what an amazing boat, pure luxury and an experience we will never forget and didn’t want to end. I can’t rave about NYA enough. We have used them a few times now for boat charters rather than sales but the professionalism from everyone is unquestionably some of the best in the business. The level of detail into the cleanliness and presentation of the vessels is second to none. The team are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Chris in particular always goes above and beyond and is always on hand for expert help and advice.

Very professional. Matt and Sam were more than happy to answer questions that they've probably heard a thousand times before. The office staff were also very helpful with things that probably aren't really part of their job. If I ever do by another boat they will certainly be my first port of call (pun intended) :)

We have bought three boats from NYA and we can't say enough good things about this company. From looking round, going on a test drive and everything connected with the buying process. All the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient from Matt the salesman, the office staff, Danni and Louise and everyone in the workshop, nothing is too much trouble.
