I emailed a couple of pest places late one night having visited the kitchen for water and discovered my mother still up battling ants and quite stressed out with the whole situation.

By 11am the following day, Hannah and Charlie were in our kitchen. They were friendly and polite and listened carefully to our major concern which was the safety of our family pets. We agreed a safe solution and within half an hour the job was done. It was supposed to work in 7-10 days but after 2 days we stopped seeing ants. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We contacted Norfolk Pest Solutions recently with regard to a rodent problem at our business premises. Hannah and Charlie are professional and very knowledgeable. The service they provided was cost effective and time efficient in resolving our issue. They provide a documented mission statement and all necessary MSDS sheets, would happily recommend for either domestic or commercial work.

We had a mice/rat problem in our domestic home. I called Norfolk Pest Solutions for a quote and they were very knowledgeable and friendly, and their charge was much cheaper for exactly the same work as some of the bigger names I got quotes from. You could also tell they enjoyed their jobs, which is refreshing. I would definitely recommend to others.

I had a wasps nest in the eves of my roof, called these guys and the next day they came and killed them, at the same time we noticed my neighbour had a similar problem, and they sorted that out at the same time.

We found a wasp nest in the ground near our pond when we were clearing some weeds. We immediately called Norfolk Pest Solutions and they were very helpful and came out the very next morning! Excellent service from Norfolk Pest Solutions, they came and fitted wire around my property for pest prevention, did a fantastic job and completed it quickly and left the area clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again if i have any future pest problems.

Charlie was actually visiting my next door neighbour due to a wasps nest, I asked him to have a look at our property as I suspected a nest, it was no problem and he came over straight away and sprayed the nest! Quick and efficient!
