If a place says it closes at 6.30, it's generally policy to stop taking appointments earlier than the closing time... not exactly rocket science. Decent place, alright waiting times, no complaints.

After over 14 years as customer's with myself partner and two children, I have to say I am gobsmacked. Just been refused treatment by the hygienist after I had to wait over 3 1/2 mths for the appt. The excuse was he couldn't do a good enough job and apparently I was late for my dentist the last appt in Feb. Actually I was waiting for the dentist as he had a client and wasn't ready for me. The number of hours I have sat in that surgery waiting to be seen way after my appt time, doesn't bare thinking about. One afternoon the orthodontist was 2 and a half hours behind!! Absolutely appalled!! It's a very one sided system!! Appalled and now won't be returning.. The Hygienist must be in a salary of he can afford to turn away customers like that... Also the Receptionist staff are lovely and have a lot to deal with with. Much respect to you ladies.

came to pick up antibiotics for a uti and practice was closed for a practice meeting even though i was told they had been prescribed and still said they were open on the website. wasted trip. why was i not told they were closed at the time i was told they were ready for me. only giving one star because eventually i will get the medication i need at some point. also why is the dispensary not open the same hours of the practice? does anyone want to work or help people here ?

I wouldn't even give it a 1. Never answer the phone was waiting for 30 mibs today and when I did get through as usual no appointments diabolical service by the reception team!!!

It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone’s get an appointment.
