The most beautiful salon in Brighton & Hove. I saw yesterday Ellie for my hair highlights, she was amazing, so professional and so much into the detail. She took time to listen to me and she fully understood what I wanted and nailed it. There is a very cool vibe in the Hair Salon and an amazing team. Also its so cool to be there, with your coffe, surrender by amazing deco with lots of plants. Lots of style. It's even a bigger pleasure and experience to have your hair done! 5 stars!!!

Beautiful, freindly salon. Max is a brilliant stylist and has been doing my hair for years. I have thick, dark, curly hair and he has done some lovely dramatic colour changes for me and a great cut. Would reccomend!

What a lovely salon, such a nice environment and friendly staff! I had my, very thick and long, hair done by Max and he did an incredible job. A full head of highlights, a cut and styled and it looks and feels amazing. I can't thank Max enough!

Loved it. Friendly, welcoming, relaxing environment. Vanessa was very professional and explained what she was doing the entire time, felt like she was having fun with my hair, rather than it being just a job. She really knew what she was doing with my curly hair. Highly recommend, will def come back.

Favourite salon. Overall such a great experience with lovely refreshments and a nice vibe. I get my hair done by Vanessa, who is an actual genius. She always fully understands my vision and delivers it. From fixing my damaged bleached hair to fixing complicated haircut, there's no one I can trust with my hair more.

Vanessa is just the best. She does my crop cut so consistently well while also somehow reinventing it time and time again. She is also a bleach blonde wizard ✨

Vanessa knows how much time to allocate to your session and will not rush, which when you are getting your hair bleached/highlighted, is exactly what you want. She is sensitive to your needs, understanding, and very skilled. She does a great job on my hair and I trust her decisions.

It’s very clean and comfortable inside the salon. There is a bus stop nearby.

I had such a positive experience here with Vanessa. The salon itself was very chilled and welcoming and Vanessa was so attentive and made me feel super confident walking out with a new hair style! Definitely will be a new loyal client.

ALWAYS the best experience at T.H.S. The hair dressing work is exemplary, the staff are so so friendly and the salon is such a lovely environment to relax in and enjoy.
They are always evolving and trying new exciting ideas, such as Leela's Giftshop. And it's so lovely to see their full support of other local and sustainble businesses and products. I have been going to Alfie for my cut and colour for 5-6 years now and he is absolutely wonderful. He's a genius with colour, meticulous with his cuts, and the only person who has ever cut my fringe in such a way that I've not hated it two days later (!). As a bonus, he is friendly, funny, and easy to chat to. The Hair Salon is also a dream to visit - even when it's busy, it still feels like a little oasis of calm! Beautifully decorated, amazing plants everywhere, beautiful skylights in the ceiling, lovely drinks, friendly and upbeat staff, great music, and very chilled vibes. They are are also a brilliantly mindful and ethical salon.

Ellie cut and blowed my hair again: I can feel bounce and swing as I walk :) … renewed. Thank you! She is kind and attentive, listening to what I say irritates me about my locks and taking care to check in as the cutting proceeds.

I simply love going to the Hair Salon. Wouldn't let anyone other than Olli and his team near my hair and just love immersing myself into the vibe of the salon watching all the talented stylists in action. It's got such a relaxed and nurturing vibe and the vegan and cruelty free ethos feels authentic and shines through in everything they do. Bravo!

Sam is the best hairdresser I have ever known. He has such an amazing ability to know exactly what I want when I cannot articulate it clearly. He gives the best and honest advice about what he thinks will look good and suit me. My cut and colour is always sleek and chic and I always get complimented for weeks after I’ve seen him. I could not recommend him more. The Salon itself is such a calm and beautiful vibe with cruelty free and vegan friendly products!

I had an extraordinary experience with Sam at The Hair Salon Brighton, he truly went above and beyond to make sure that I left the salon with a smile! Other than the fact that the salon has a lovely atmosphere and a warm group of staff, Sam knows exactly what he's doing, as he gave me the hairstyle of my dreams using high end products and a hair-friendly Dyson. I will definitely be coming back soon for the salon's complementary berry flavoured tea and excellent services!

I booked a restyle with Sam for my very first visit. Studio looks beautiful and smells like eucalyptus. Front of the house lady was so welcoming and friendly. Sam was absolutely amazing!!! Skilled, friendly, really listened to me, offered good advice and talked me through the whole process. Also, offered a colouring advice. It is a little bit pricey, BUT I received a head massage, which was absolutely beautiful, a glass of wine and the whole experience was definitely worth every penny. Also, bought myself a couple of goodies that Sam used on my hair that felt and smelled amazing. Looking forward to my next visit already! If you are looking for a local, professional, friendly hair salon... This is it!
