B&Q Wrexham

Brilliant service today from Jacob. He quickly fixed my paint mix-up and was really knowledgeable about how to store it. Thanks for your help! Saved my day.

Great staff at the store, shame that you have to self scan which is a pain in the arse. Self scan takes 3 times as long. The staff are your best part of B&Q Wrexham do not lose them or you will lose my custom and I will go to Wicks.

It's a smallish B&Q store but it had everything we wanted. The prices are good and the staff were friendly. The staff to whom we asked a couple of questions, seemed to be reasonably knowledgeable, and pointed us in the right direction.

Always get amazing service from this store. The staff are great, ready to help with pretty much any request in relation to their products. Help to get stuff in the car is required. Brilliant warm people work here.

One stop shop for all your home repairs, tools and renovation. They do have offers on power tools so do check their webpage or walk-in and grab the offers.

Very helpful staff will take you to find what you want. Good selection and great prices. Very good outdoor garden centre with everything you want. Easy to park and find.

Wow having moved to Wrexham about 2 months ago. Went here on new years eve 2022. What a store. Abousoluty brilliant. Really big store with nearly everything under one roof. Very friendly staff. All must visit this to experience a good store with very friendly staff.

Called in for a few bits and ended up with some paint, can be addictive when you see 'ideas for your home'

Bought a cordless Bosch screwdriver yesterday that was "ex display". When I got it home the battery wouldn't charge so took it back today. They couldn't replace due to it being no longer stocked and offered a refund. As I really wanted to keep it I asked if I could just swap the battery. Jason took it away and then came back with a new battery..no problem and 1st class customer service.

Staff were very helpful, particularly a fella named Matty who works plumbing & electrics I think. If it weren't for his advice the job would've been waaaay more troublesome

Staff at B&Q are superb... bought a BBQ this morning and there were parts missing. Unfortunately we bought the last one, but that didn't stop the amazing help we had off customer service, a gentleman that worked on the floor and Jason who I think was a manager. They really went above and beyond to help us, and we are extremely grateful.

I ordered a Hyundai petrol leaf blower from here online. It's was delivered in good time, it works great and had no issues with this product.

Great place, easy to park. Quick self service tills. Bought some sandtex paint which was the best price I could find anywhere.

Needed some electric room fans because of the heat and got a couple here. Reasonably priced at £16 each.

Julie, our kitchen planner at Wrexham, was a breath of fresh air. Very informative but also suggested both practical and cost effective ideas which made choosing the best design for us so much easier.

Wheelchair access is good couldn't do all aisles as stuff in way. Staff on floor helpful, staff at tills polite and cheerful good store
