Amazingly lucky to be rescued by Barry at 9am on a bank holiday Monday when all other bike shops were shut. My crank had fallen off and he replaced the bolts and got me up and running in no time so I could continue on with my ride. Thanks Barry!

Excellent service! I was biking through Weybridge all the way from Twickenham and my bike broke down on me. I called up Barry at Weybridge cycles and he was able to see me for a quick servicing within minutes. He got the bike up and running again in no time. He even got on the phone with the repair shop I last used for a servicing to find out if there was a warranty on the part they had replaced. He really helped me out today.

Since I had no spare he could have charged me as much as he wanted but instead he only asked for a few quids.

Barry has looked after my road bikes for the last 2 years and to be honest after using a couple of other local cycle repair shops i'm more than happy to stay where I am now. I went to Halfords in byfleet to get my bike pads replaced then someone who worked there said the bike mechanic has left. And currently hiring for a new one. Then I found Barry which is local me and has helped me ever since with my bike problems.

From the free video link survey detailing exactly what needs doing, prompt written quotation, collect service if required, and detailed verbal summary and recommendations if needed on completion.
I collected and cycled home and Barry even messaged me to make sure I'd got home safely!

I found the company through the Google search. I called to ask if it was possible to have a look at my bike today. The owner seemed friendly and keen to try to get my bike fixed. We arranged that I’ll cycle to the services right away. He asked me to call when I leave and he sent me a text message with an address (different than the one posted on website). I replied saying I’m on my way and will be there in 30min. I arrived at the address which appeared to be someone private house and called the owner again. He said I did not let him know that I’m leaving and he is not available. He then ended the call abruptly, consequently wasting 1h of my time. I cannot comment on the competency of the mechanic, but one things for sure- if you’re using this company, prepare for an appealing customer service.
