Boots

I want to say a few good complimentary words for 2 ladies by the names of Judith & Shazie who gave good customer care to my brother yesterday afternoon when he went to collect my tablets from Boots, Weybridge at the Pharmacy section. I was stuck at work & was unable to collect my tablets from Boots & my brother went on my behalf & said these 2 ladies went above & beyond with their friendly & helpful approach when he arrived there to collect my medication. Thank you to these two ladies. Keep up the great work!

Gary is a real asset to this branch of Boots. I went to get baby formula for my 6 month old and tried to buy it with my points as I did not have money until the next day but really needed the milk. Myself and their employee did not know that you cannot use your advantage points to get baby milk.

Gary went above and beyond to help me get my baby milk. Although the situation was embarrassing, he made me feel valued and really cared that my baby was fed. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for me especially in these financially hard times. So thank you Gary for being a wonderful person!!

I personally found some really nice Christmas presents already! Staff very knowledgable about products they sell.

Had an issue with another pharmacy who messed up getting my prescription. Came here in the hope they had it in stock which they did. The member of staff on the prescriptions counter was amazing and helped me switch over my prescription to go to them instead. Definitely, coming here moving forwards. :)

Good ol' Boots. Tonnes of makeup and only three people looking at it all. Sells photos and suncream/sunglasses for some reason too. I'm not complaining however, as I regularly use boots to pick up my prescription medications such as inhalers, ADHD pillz, oh a squirrel, anti-vaxx mother's and many more. Would recommend boots but not for buying shoes. This one also has a boots opticians right next to it so that's fun I guess. Anyways I've been thinking, and I think that communism isn't that bad of an Idea. I'll leave you with that thought, have fun in Boots!

Service at Opticians always excellent and very friendly. Could probably get glasses cheaper elsewhere but value my eyesight.
