The till did not recognise the price difference on a deal, took a while to be corrected. Git there eventually 🙄. Pain in bum. Otherwise it seems like an average high street smiths.

Very small store. Urgently in need of a refurbishment. Staff seemed utterly disinterested and more interested in their own conversation than actually answering my question.

Wh Smith has never changed in all the years I can remember it. Always a bit dark and dingy, full of sticky children, and dirty-floored. The boy who served me was easily confused, but the manager's service was good when returning a faulty item.
