Fraser Hart, Bluewater

Had an amazing customer service experience at Fraser Hart, Bluewater. Was looked after by Eve who was shadowed by a new staff member. She made me feel very welcomed and was very attentive, helpful and informative. Really went the extra mile to help which for me sets Fraser Hart apart from other competitors at Bluewater. Will definitely return for future jewellery purchases and will be passing on this feedback to family and friends.

I am not one who would usually write a review but I was very impressed with Grace and how she helped choose the perfect engagement ring. She has very high customer service skills and lots of patience. When I went in I didn't realise till after that she had only recently joined Fraser Hart, you would have thought she had been working there for years with her knowledge and expertise. Thanks again.

Went to Fraser Hart in Bluewater looking to purchase an engagement ring. Was served by Alex. She couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient while I looked at various styles and helped me arrive at the right ring. I could be happier with the service I received and will definitely be back when we are ready for wedding bands! Thank you once again.

I went to Fraser Hart with my husband to look at eternity rings, the staff member who helped us was Eve, she was so helpful and not at all pushy with trying to sell me a ring. The one I liked was in 9ct gold but I wanted 18ct gold.
Eve said she would find out if it could be made in 18ct and the cost, she made a note of our email and contact details. The following day as promised Eve contacted us to say yes it could be made and the cost. We arranged to go into the store the following day. Again Eve’s service was excellent, she allowed me plenty of time to decide if I was happy with the ring I had chosen.
I cannot comment on my ring as it has to be made, which will take about 8 weeks. I am looking forward to collecting it.

What a great experience from start to finish! Eve helped us pick out perfect wedding rings for our wedding next year and I can’t recommend her highly enough! A real Asset to Fraser Hart!

Went into store to look at diamond rings but wasn't sure what I wanted. Alex was so helpful and made it so much easier to make a choice. She advised only looking at a couple of rings of different styles to start so that we weren't overwhelmed or confused. When we chose a ring she was really helpful on correct sizing and didn't try to oversell insurance, but we brought it anyway :-) Alex was very helpful and made the purchase a really enjoyable experience with good advice, good coffee and a great atmosphere. Would deinitely recommend her and Fraser Hart

All the staff at Bluewater were really friendly and helpful in helping me choose which Chopard bracelet to buy.

Great experience in Fraser Hart. I went in not knowing much and felt like when I left I had been listened to and go a great ring for the wife.
It’s always difficult shopping for someone but Chloe was a fantastic help and went through everything with me.

I purchased a Bell & Ross watch from the Blue water store, I first dealt with Eve who was great, Marilyn then helped me finalising the deal. They were both exceptionaly helpful. Legends in my book. I then had them ship the watch to my local store at Solihul where Mo and his team were amazing and very welcoming. All in all great staff, great company. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

I came here 6 years ago to purchase my engagement ring and came back as a returning customer to now find my wedding ring.
My fiancé and I had the absolute pleasure of being dealt with by Oliver.

He has first class professionalism but we were all quickly relaxed and put the ease And got on very well , can tell he’s good at matching clientele energy. I am the best awkward customer who can’t make up their mind but nothing was a bother for Oliver…He polished my engagement ring to place next to my future wedding ring .

The sparkle of diamonds together was so graceful and perfect , he has extensive knowledge and I really valued his opinion.

We were lucky enough to see him again this Sunday just gone to pick it up and he remembered us (albeit the names, but who could blame him!) and again, took our time , making sure I was fully happy with my purchase.

Had a bespoke ,hand written after care email to reaffirm I can go in and clean up my jewellery with the team.

I may be coming back to look at watches for my future husband. I want to only be dealt with my Oliver . I have now claimed him as my own.

On a serious note , he’s an absolute credit to your store and company. I am happy to spend big bucks here as the level of service with Oliver is *chefs kiss* 🤌🏻

Absolutely magnificent service from the staff at Fraser Hart (Bluewater)! As it turned out the only store in Bluewater that had the watch I was actually after and staff were brilliant, much better than a couple of the other Jewellers in Bluewater, who missed out on a sale opportunity. What a great service, its why in store will never replace online buying. The people in tge shop were welcoming without presure and nothing too much trouble. I bought two items and they even gave me a M&so bag to hide where I had been from my wife. My special thanks to Elaine.. over and above on the service front, I will be back in the future. I purchased my fiances engagement ring from fraser hart bluewater and Pavinder went above and beyond for us. We where in the process of buying our first home so I could not get the ring at the time I wanted it, Pavinder done everything she could to help us keep ahold of the ring and now I can say I managed to get it!
