OMEGA Boutique - Bluewater Shopping Centre

Went there on Saturday , I was served by two really helpful gentleman, Ryan and another gentleman.(sorry I didn’t get your name) It was a positive and lovely experience. No pushiness just excellent customer service. Thank you so very much. I love my new watch

My Seamaster pin snapped yesterday so I brought it in. Not only did they have the pin (no one else did) but they put it on for me - for no charge! Completely made my day, cheers guys!

Visited these guys just before the recent lockdown, everyone was helpful in store and extremely knowledgeable! All of the staff had great interest in watches and showed enthusiasm when talking about them.

I went in only looking but because of the great service I walked out the owner of a hesalite speedy, I am definitely looking forward to returning when I decide to purchase another Omega.

What an amazing team! Always a pleasure to deal with and always willing to answer any questions that I have. They are never trying to push you into buying anything and tailor the experience to make it personal. The vibes in the boutique are laid back and they don’t judge people like some luxury watch stores.

I went into the store couple of times. The staff was really friendly. They seamed vary knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of tips too. I was mainly talking to Maria who was excellent. Good things is all store staff, including the manager pitched in to share their knowledge when needed as i did ask a lot of questions. Great experience and great service. Definitely deserve more than 5 stars!!!

I was looked after by Joe. I was very pleased with the time he gave me and the way he looked after me. He was very knowledgeable in the watches he showed me and the ones he let me try on. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend anyone thinking of purchasing an Omega to come here and see Joe.

I bought a Speedmaster here last week, and was very satisfied with the staff. They spent quite some time adjusting the strap for me, to make sure I was happy with the fit. Joe was helpful, and knowledgeable on the Speedmaster, and they even threw in a free Omega pen, and service with the watch.

Having been to several boutiques over the years, I have to say, I enjoyed every moment. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and help to make your visit as enjoyable as it should be - even if you do t purchase anything on the day.
I have bought two watches from this particular store and also been on the Omega watch making experience in Stratford and thoroughly enjoyed that too.

Excellent enthusiasm from the staff!

I popped in while Christmas shopping more just to be nosey as a watch lover and owner.
I was approached by a salesman Joe, I made sure that he knew i was just looking as I work in sales and I dont like to waste anyones time, but Joe was still very enthusiastic and was very happy to talk to me and show me some watches, he clearly loves his product!
When the time come to buy my next watch I will certainly ask for him he is an asset to your store!

Visited here yesterday...what an excellent store. Highly knowledgable and professional staff who were also friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable despite the fact we were just looking on an info gathering trip for a prospective purchase. Store is spotlessly clean and all Covid rules being observed. A very pleasant experience and would feel more than happy to buy from here. Worth a visit just to look at the beautiful watches.
