Oyster Pools & Hot Tubs Ltd

We bought an Audra Barrel Sauna from Oyster and installed it just before Christmas. We are absolutely delighted with it and it has completely lived up to expectations. We put in a new electric supply from the consumer unit to the prepared concrete base and a friend and I assembled it in about six hours. There were one or two minor hiccups but Connor was on the case and resolved the issues in a professional and timely manner. Very happy with the Sauna and the service provided by Connor and the team at Oyster.

My partner and I had our hot tub installed today. What can I say?
Two guys came to install the tub, and then Owen stayed until it was fully up and running. They say you get what you pay for, and you really do. 5 ⭐ from us. I can't wait for the tub of dreams to hit temperature now. Thanks Oyster! That’s what 45 years of service looks like!

Can't fault this outfit for the professional and courteous service they provide. Jay comes to service our Jacuzzi in the Spring and Winterise it towards the end of the year. He's thorough, knowledgeable, and very good at his job.

Oyster Pools have provided a brilliant service from start to finish. They provided a lot of information about the available options, advised us about where to put a HT, arranged delivery (into a tricky spot very professionally) set up the HT after filling/ connection, and overall gave us a great deal at a very competitive price. I highly recommend this company to all. They are a very supportive team who go out of their way to make sure everything is working properly and that you are fully briefed about how to maintain your HT in the long run. They are definitely a 5 star company you can completely rely on.

We literally could not be happier , Fter making the decision to buy a hot tub we had confused ourselves with so much research that we were really unsure what we wanted. That was where Rob came in he listened he understood he never pushed or influenced us in anyway . The service from initial meeting, pre delivery inspection , delivery and then 2 week follow up call as been second to none . I can't recommend enough

Superbly installed hot tub using a hiab crane over next doors shed. Excellent communication and although a slight arrival delay on the day all went to plan and we are very happy.

All the staff at Oyster are very helpful. The service we have had from them is excellent. We have just had our hot tub installed and they spent time showing us how it worked and what chemicals to use. This left us feeling confident in its use. We can highly recommend a purchase from this company 🙂

The service we have received from them to date has been excellent. We have just had our hot tub installed including a crane delivery and the Commissioning Engineer spent time showing us how it worked and what chemicals to use. We can’t recommend Oyster Pools and Hot Tubs highly enough. Their friendly and extremely knowledgeable team were with us all the way from hot tub selection to installation and were always on hand to answer questions and guide us through to ensure that we had the right hot tub that suited us and that the installation and setup was of the highest quality.

Received a first class service from the moment we entered the showroom, through to the site visit and installation. Gareth and his team provided expert advice prior to purchase and great support afterwards, I would highly recommend.

We have recently installed a Jacuzzi J16 swim spa at our home near Crickhowell; it was installed by Oyster Pools & Hot Tubs, a company recommended to us by friends. We were initially assisted in the showroom by Connor who was very knowledgeable and hugely helpful. The installation was carried out by Mel and Rory; again they clearly knew what they were doing and did it efficiently. Post installation assistance was given first by Craig and (when I still couldn’t get it right!!) Simon. These people know their stuff and now, happily, we are enjoying the benefits.
When installing a spa or hot tub the customer has a lot of information to absorb and a number of procedures to follow, our experience is that Oyster will provide the appropriate level of support to enable the customer to maximise the experience.

So pleased we found Oyster Pools, from our first visit when Rob took the time to answer all our questions to delivery of the tub last week we have received excellent service.
The team are so patient, this is our first tub and for us it’s a major investment, Rob took the time to talk through all of our options but was never pushy.
We’ve had the tub a week now and are already feeling the benefits of sleeping better and feeling more relaxed.
If you’re wondering if it’s worth buying a hot tub my advice would be YES DO IT! and would 100% recommended Oyster

Great experience with Oyster, sales staff had a breadth of experience and knowledge and we were able to quickly work out a tub that would suit us.

Good home visit to confirm everything to do with the install would go to plan. This ensured delivery was painless. Crew who delivered the tub were efficient, professional and quick!

I would have no problems recommending Oyster to anyone.

From the start of the initial sales meeting to the site visit and then installation followed by aftercare, the full team at oyster pools have exceptional. I can not recommend them enough and I thank you for showing me that good old fashioned customer service still exists!

We completed our purchase in June last year. We first had to create the space to put in the hot tub and Oyster Pools were very patient whilst we did that. Also we don’t have the easiest garden to access and Oyster Pools worked well with our landscape gardener to ease it in to position through our neighbours fence. It was a very smooth operation and installation. The rest is history and we have had many hours of enjoyment. As with all things new, learning how to operate the tub, getting the balance of chemicals right took time. I rang Oyster Pools a few times for help and guidance and the service was always very good. I’ve even emptied and refilled it once under their guidance and all has worked well. So far things have worked efficiently and we are very pleased.

We popped in today to check out some hot tubs and gain some knowledge, our expedience was incredible. Oyster pools & hot tubs Ltd really know their stuff!

Even know we didn’t buy a hot tub, we will definitely look into buying one in the near future with Oyster pools & hot tubs Ltd!

Good to read the reviews very settling indeed my wife and I visited Oyster initially for a hot tub but after talking through our life style with Conor we settled on a jacuzzi 13’ swim pool now on order delivery September 2022.

So we are now hoping all goes well. ( will keep you posted) ⭐
