Swanmeadow Cottages

We had a lovely time at the Swanmeadow Holiday Cottage. The host Tracy was so kind and she even baked us a cake to welcome us! Also the surrounding countryside is so gorgeous, looks like it's from a Welsh postcard. will definitely come back for a Holiday soon!

We have just returned from a visit to Swanmeadow Holiday Cottages. From the moment you arrive you feel relaxed thanks to the wonderful welcome from Tracey and Colin. We have stayed in two of the cottages as well as the Fisherman’s Lodge on numerous occasions. The accommodation is clean and well equipped and Tracey is ready to assist with anything else you may require. The location is beautiful with easy access to the surrounding areas.
We were very surprised to read the two negative reviews as we have been visiting since 2015 and have always left happy to return.
Thank you Colin and Tracey once again for a wonderful break. We shall be returning.

We stayed in the riverside lodge in September for two weeks.we were warmly welcomed by Tracey and Colin as always and had another wonderful stay despite covid restrictions! The lodge,as always was warm and clean and for self catering accommodation very well equipped. I would not hesitate to recommend swan meadow. It is an excellent base for the Brecon Beacons and the local pubs and restaurants are truly amazing

Missed last year for obvious reasons so really looking forward to our visit in May. A great place to relax in the sunshine or enjoy the lovely countryside nearby. The welcome pack from Tracey is a nice homely touch in the comfy cottages.

We stayed at Fisherman's Rest while looking for a place to buy in the area. The cottage was comfortable and Tracey was a great host and made us welcome. Now we have found a place we are returning until our new place is ready and we are looking forward to it.

Hugely welcoming! Home baked cakes and fresh eggs! What more could three fisherman want. Lovely clean and comfortable stay in the fisherman's rest! We will definitely be back!

Perfect escape from city life. The hosts are very welcoming, even had fresh welshcakes for us on arrival. Everything is very clean and comfy. Views around the place are stunning. Absolutely enjoyed the stay

Beautiful historic lodge in a tranquil spot on a working farm by the River Usk. Perfect for fishing and getting away from it all. Friendly owners - we’ve always been warmly welcomed.

Modern accommodation with great character. Perfect for our family stay. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
