Very helpful and informative on the phone. I sent my Electric Parking Brake for repair, very quick to update me by phone on findings and sent back to me fully refurbished in 24 hours. It worked a treat and saved me hundreds of pounds on a new one. I highly recommend, if you can, or if you have someone, to remove your EPB, send it to these guys, they are fabulous. Well I had lots of issues with my mk3 grand scenic parking break warning light coming on and off, I took it to blue chip auto electronics at Usk South wales and all I can say is wow plugged it in and diagnosed and repaired all the same day these people are so nice friendly and most of all know what there doing ..

Have leased several cars from here over the past couple years and geraint and the lads have been nothing but helpful, courteous and generally a nice bunch. Great mechanics that know they're stuff and just good guys that want to help if you've got an issue you can't sort yourself.

Both Dave and Geraint was absolute champions. My Renault Car had a electronic parking brake failure. Dealers and local garage didn't entertain the repair and quoted full replacement for £600. I contacted Blue Chip Autotronics through their website. Very helpful and informative service provided next day. Now I have a working electronic parking brake in the car.

Geraint fixed my Nissan Juke that had an intermittent fault where the engine management light would come on and the car would go into limp mode.

My car was booked in promptly, I also had a little run around hire car provided while my car was being fixed. Geraint is knowledgable, friendly & helpful and his work is fairly priced.
