I would have liked to have given 0 stars. Rochester - Never Ever register for this doctors. Doctor leaves voice message, with zero indication she is the Dr, or she is calling me back for a previous issue. You call the receptionist and she doesn't care and rude.

Absolutely abysmal, shut most of the week, on the rare occasion the lazy staff decide to open the service is cold, dismissive and unwelcoming. Anyone would think we were wasting their time, needing our epilepsy prescription or any kind of appointment related to cancer recovery. If I could rate it less than 1 star I most definitely would. Foreclosure of this crack den would be cause for celebration.

REALLY REALLY BUT SERIOUSLY REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. I have wait LITERALLY 30 min on the line and NO ONE picked up While I was the first caller ?!?! Worst surgery I have known seriously
I just can't believe it how long I had to wait and still no one picked up

Waited 20 minutes for someone to answer being 3rd in the Queue,
Only to be told by that the next available appointment is 25 DAYS LATER :-(
This is adding mental strees on top of clinical problemm someone is already suffering with..

sorry but it is normal for a doctors to look like someone's garage feels like if i go in they might harvest an organ

Horrendous service and very rude. Doctor hangs up straight away when phoning you.

The main problem is the staff and the opening times.

No even 1 star 😤😡😡
