I would like to thank Sam and his team at the Lemon Tree for the excellent , exceptional & professional service they gave us before, during, and after our Wedding Breakfast on 2/12/2023. Everything was 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟not only for us but for the 50+ Guests who have all highly recommended your venue. The service and all food was top class, together with excellent accommodation. If coming to Wrexham please make sure you stay and eat at this establishment. Love Rob & Estelle ♥

Rooms are a little to be desired, but the staff and the restaurant are world class. We had breakfast and dinner and were blown away by the flavors, presentation and quality of the food and beverages. The staff was top notch. The rooms are small and basic, but clean. Walking distance to The Racecourse Ground. There’s a good sized fenced in park just a block away perfect for our dog. Overall would stay again and will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Only went to the restaurant. I was sceptical to begin with as the portions were quite small but the food made up for it. The food was absolutely amazing and the fact that you can get a 3 course for around 30 pounds is an amazing deal for the quality of the food. Couldn't recommend it enough, for both family, friends and date nights.

Second overnight stay and meal in restaurant this year. We asked and got the same cozy room 😁.
The room is spacious with heigh ceilings, it is in the original building. It was spotless and has a great shower.
It is almost impossible to get the kettle in the bathroom sink for water though 😂
We had booked the ‘couples package’ allowing us to arrive at noon and to leave at noon the following day. Included was a bottle of Prosecco and 2course meal, and breakfast.
We had some fabulous cocktails before an excellent meal.
I am sure we will return back in 2024 😁

nicest hotel I could find near the train station and it didn't disappoint. was able to leave luggage as I arrived early. On my return, my luggage had been taken to my room.
The room was as expected and very pretty, nice deco. Free water and tea/coffee facilities. Only couldn't fill kettle at the sink had to use a cup. Due to weather, room was very warm however a fan was provided. Bed was comfy although this hotel is on a very busy road and someone was playing music loudly till 9.30pm. Staff at reception were pleasant. I did not eat here. Nice place to stay.

After a scary situation with an Airbnb in a different city, the staff here were lifesavers, booking us last minute rooms late in the evening. The rooms were stellar and breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. I look forward to coming back to Wrexham and staying here again!

The room I stayed in was small but nicely presented, clean and well serviced. I ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed both meals. Not cheap but the quality and flavours in each dish were fantastic!

Went for a roast on Sunday and it was gorgeous. Food was amazing, service was excellent, would definitely recommend. Even managed to get a reservation on the same day.

Nice quiet and cozy hotel, friendly staff, good bar and some really nice food.

Rooms are quaint and well appointed with mini fridge and microwave. Really enjoyed my stay here

We live local to the lemon tree restaurant and we wanted to try the new chef Elliot’s menu after hearing lots of good things.
We decided to visit for my birthday celebrations and we were not disappointed.
There is a good cocktail menu for pre-dinner drinks expertly made by Matt and then onto dinner.
There is a good selection of snacks, starters, mains and desserts for a fixed price of £29 for two courses or £35 for three courses.
Every course was delicious using Welsh, seasonal produce - we can’t wait to visit again soon!

A generous gift voucher for my husband's birthday took us to the Lemon Tree, Wrexham.. We were made extremely welcome on arrival and the service was quick and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and of a very high quality. If we ever visit Wrexham again we will certainly return.

Local gem of hotel with good service, great restaurant & comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely heritage listed church converted into a hotel and restaurant. It is dog friendly, has a fabulous restaurant and bar with exceptional staff.

Lovely place to stay, especially coming to watch the football. Great service, great location. Definitely great for solo visits, definitely visit again.

The restaurant food was excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly. They make one feel special. The room we stayed in was comfortable but a little cramped. However for a couple of nights stay was acceptable. It was the people that made our stay enjoyable and will happily stay there again. I highly recommend.

We shared an absolutely delicious meal at the lemon tree. It was the best food I ate in Wales.

Issue with room option and they sorted it, no questions asked, I was very impressed. Glorious restaurant as well.

What a little gem of a place. All the staff were, friendly, helpful and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.
The food was first class and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chef.
Very comfortable accommodation in a lovely old building.
