Higher Oak SAAB Authorised Garage

It’s been a couple of years since we had our last SAAB. I called in on the off chance as her indoors has always wanted a SAAB cabriolet. They just so happened to have one in. The car was immaculate and we can’t wait to collect it.

Excellent service, great knowledge in the brand , friendly and approachable staff. Identified faults immediately that had been previously misdiagnosed elsewhere. Will continue to use their services. Good value for money with reasonable labour rates.

Superbly competent - smart premises - gentlemanly courtesy, consideration and welcome. After 18 months' trying to cure a problem on my Saab, with a stream of incorrect diagnoses from other garages, the problem was correctly identified in under 30 minutes.

This is a garage in which one can place complete trust.

They deal with any car... investigated my maszda mx-5 v2 year 2000 and knew that the thermostat housing was never changed. so an inexpensive fix for a slight overheating issue. The thermostat was closed.. gotit fixed cheaply. Many Thanks guys :)

I have been using Higher Oak since I owned a Saab 9000 Aero about 10 years ago. I no longer have a Saab, but I still use Higher Oak because they are a honest no nonsense garage that does a thorough job. I know when I leave my car with them it, will get a good checkover, which is good for peace of mind.
