In the first place, I thank you for your service. Every medical care is very nice starting from reception.
However, I would like to recommend if the laboratory
results are delivered fastly. I observed delay of results and sometimes forgetting the sample and proceed with analysis after reminded.

I was referred there for an MRI; I was seen the same day, and must say how impressed I was with the facilities and treatment. The technician was very proficient and whilst working quite quickly he was gentle and friendly. I received the results within a couple of days, and the write up was very professional. My thanks and appreciation to all involved, well done!

It's been 5 days since my brother got admitted in Washington medical centre.He was admitted in ICU with a high probability of him getting a kidney dialysis which was upsetting to all his loved ones .Dr Jemal assessed his condition thoroughly and put the dialysis on hold till he explored other options.My brothers situation started to get better immensely without having to get a kidney dialysis.I would like to sincerely thank Dr Jemal who took a bold action despite other Doctors dialysis recommendation .I would also like to thank all the nurses in ICU especially Nurse Yeabsera who was super nice and patient with my brother.I appreciate the care and having to witness the satisfying change in his condition..Thank You again

Washington Hospital is by far the BEST Hospital in Addis Abeba. Quality service has always been their Forte. The best thing is they have all sorts of Doctors, Specialists wich makes it easy to get treated all in one place. We have been going to Washington Hospital for over 10 years.

Therefore , medical team.in the center are all of them are humble, polite , respectful very kind & discipline staffs.

The medical services of the Washington Medical Center are very excellent and exceptional in human health care. Patients meet the maximum requirements on their treatment and hospital care. It’s very clean in terms of all its facilities.

_Nurses in the dyalesis center are very active hardworking and lovely
_they provide equal service for all patients
_Dr visits all patients and ask their problems
_Sanitation is very good
NB:
_sometimes there is shortage of water and power in the dyalesis room.
The dyalesis room is not very convenient because of it's small size.

_please provide Heparin epotin and iv iron for patients with a fair and reasonable price.
_waiters in the cafeteria are active but the price is overboard.
GENERALLY.. l appreciate all nurses specially Sister RAHEL because sometimes patients are not always in a good mood and treating them nicely with care and compassion is very admireable.
Finally thanks for Dr JEMAl for his continues support and advice.
