It's a good and perfect hospital i get good treatment at this hospital and the nurses are also a good treatment behavior

Can't say much about it

I gave them only one star. I wish I could rate them less than that. From front desk to the doctor, they have poor customer service. No order to serve the patients first come first serve rule. If you are shy like me, you will miss your turn. That supposed to be thier thier job. After some people went ahead of me without thier turn, I met this lady. I believe she is a nurse, rude and even didn't greeting her patients. I thought she was forced to sit there to take VS. I asked her about my temperature. That supposed to be her job to tell her patients no matter what the patients understanding level. I left her to see the doctor with little info about the doctor office number. Thanks to the cleaning lady, she showed us his office. After some time waiting, which is the only thing makes me pleased about that place, I entered the doctor office. As soon as I entered his office, he asked me why I came. I felt like that is this hospital culture not greeting thier patients. Like me who has been in medical field for some time, I felt so bad the quality of thier approach. Patients should get holly approach by thier care givers. That is the only way patients are comfortable to explain thier symptom. Patients should belive nurses and doctors are thier to treat them, not only getting their prescription drugs. This doctor asked me ony one question. "What brought you here?" No further questions about my other symptoms. He didn't take him a minute when he wrote me this drug. He told me to picked up at the pharmacy. So many things run on my mind. How come he didn't tell me about the dose, the frequency the side effects and other things rather than where I can pick it up. They think they are our creatures if nothing will happen when we take their drugs. I left his office thanking him if he was getting a lesson in positive way. When I left the hospital I was wondering how many people died under the poor care of those stupid care givers.
