Great little coffee! Had an iced coffee and liked. I suspected it reached specialty coffee level but I needed to try a classic espresso to confirm it. I did and confirmed! Specialty Coffee found in Addis 😁🤗

While being there I found out more of what Hadero is about. Definitely appreciate it. Shout out to Hadero and what they're striving to achieve in the Ethiopian Coffee Industry. I'll definitely be back soon and also visit their factory, museum and coffee tour!

コーヒーツリー育成やコーヒーの歴史や生産プロセスや種類から、Haderoコーヒーの品質管理プロセスまで、ピッキングの方法まで、とても詳しく説明してくれました。最後にコーヒーのセレモニーを楽しませてもらいました。中煎りの豆で香りと味わいがハイレベルでした。工場内は撮影禁止です。料金は1人585Birrでした。

커피공장견학을했다.
커피의 유래 역사등 커피사 만들어지는 과정,로스팅방법과 시음하는 방법등 HACCP과정처럼 모당와 옷과 신발까지 깨끗하게 하고 들어가서 견학을 한다.
깨끗한시설과 직원분의 자세한 설명등이 좋았다.
나중엔 커피시음을 팝콘과 같이 주신다.
나는 커피를 좋아하고 자주 마셔서 그런지 에스프레소 같은느낌이었고 좋았다.
사람마다 다르니 아메리카노를 즐겨마시는분들에겐 커피가 진할수도 있어 호불호가 있을듯
