Mercadona

Stupidly walked here from our hotel, 2 mile walk lol, but what a great shop, great produce, wonderful fresh fish, and cheap prices, will be going back before we leave for the spirits to take home

Underground parking quite tight. Better park upstairs....it's got everything except the fresh cooked food. But good.

Free parking. Clean supermarket. Prices are very good and good stock to do your everyday shopping. This store is definitely worth going to especially if you like no gluten, no dairy, no milk products etc.

Everything is good quality, especially fresh vegetables and fruits. Bit expensive than carrefour. Good service always. Smiling staff.

All you need in clean and spacious supermarket. Parking is on top floors, covered, and free for shoppers.

Nice supermarket. I like the fact you have these special "parking spots" for the shopping carts, so you can walk around without them.
Smart concept! Their assortment is not amazing, but good enough for all your daily needs.
I wish they'd expand their vegetarian food options a little...But in meat-loving Spain that is always going to be wishful thinking ;)

Great place to get all your local food supplies, always a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Has a fresh fish counter, along with freshly carved ham. Been here many times, and its usually our first port of call when we go shopping

Excellent parking and easy access off the Main Street. The selection is great and the prices are quite good. Staff at Mercadona are always helpful and polite.

Mercadona La Cala is one of the better shops of the brand.

Recently visited in the middle of March. The store went through a massive refurbishment. The store is easily one of the best stores I have ever visited. It has everything you need. The offer for fresh food is fantastic. The bakery the fish and the meat counters were a highlight. The staff were very friendly and the service at the till was also excellent. All the colleagues had the correct uniform on and they looked very presentable. The store itself was very clean. I would recommend using this store when you are in la cala. Supersol is very much in its shadow and not even in the same league in regards to customer measures. Will be back again soon.

Good food choice, reasonable to park ! Mostly love the fact that the young man on the till lifted heavy bottles into my shopping trolly. Helpful staff 😀

Absolutely love this Spanish local supermarket when we stay in La Cala. The freshly squeezed OJ is a must as is the hand carved Serano Ham.

Well supplied supermarket where quality is one of the best at the lowest possible price. It is a must option.

Easy to park. Store is lovely and clean with a great choice of food. Bakery is great and the checkout experience was quick.

Great supermarket for your grocery needs, fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen (ice cream, veg, meats...) section, chiller for cold meats, cheeses, butter, yogurts, milks, bakery section, hygiene products, alcohol(beers wines and spirits) isle, pet foods, soft drinks, cereals and nuts and crisps. Always clean

Shop in Mercadona all the time. Staff seem a little off at times but the more you shop there the more they get to know you and make you feel welcome. We have got to know the staff in several mercadona stores & they always have a laugh & joke with us. Make an effort & you'll go far!
