Fran helped me out and I can't recommend him enough. He's fluent in english, knowledgeable about the diff products, patient, friendly and most importantly he's honest. He could've exploited me multiple times, but didn't. He walked me through my options, didn't pressure me at all & we figured out the best course of action for *me* (not for him or Puff). Because of that I gladly bought the Vaporesso tank & GT Coils from him instead of shopping around. He could've exploited me regarding the price, or pressured me into buying a new vape (instead of a replacement tank). But he didn't do any of that. So I can't recommend him (and Puff) enough; especially for shoppers who (unfortunately) only speak english. I couldn't be happier with my experience today so a huge THANK YOU mucho gracias Fran.
