Additionally, he has adopted an authoritarian and uncooperative attitude, and ignored the requests and concerns of the tenants. Overall, the unethical and manipulative behavior of the owner has caused problems and difficulties for customers/tenants and collaborators of the company, and has generated a lack of trust in the company. It is important to choose owners and business administrators who are honest, ethical, and respectful to their customers and collaborators to ensure proper and satisfactory management for all parties involved. Strongly advise against conducting any business dealings with a person by the name of Jordi Pey Pascual. Our experience with Mr. Pey Pascual has shown him to be untrustworthy, unethical, and unreliable.
