A nicely designed small cake store in eixemple with super tasty and cute looking cakes. I have only tried the real thing in Japan once, but I don’t think the taste of this one is far off. At around 3€. Slice, it’s not a lot for a nice treat.

We had the Salted Carmel Chou and it was delicious! I have great respect for the quality of their products because I know first hand the difficulty entailed in making Chou Pastries. Cotó has elevated it to a new level, perfecting each handmade pastry.
At 4.50€ it is not at all overpriced.
We will return to experience another of their seasonal flavors.
And a note; because all are made fresh daily, it is advisable to go early as they generally sell out by 17:00.

The price for their cheesecake is 14 euros for the whole cake and 2.8 euros for one small piece, it is a kind of light cheese, I recommend to someone who likes this kind which is not strong cheese taste but very balanced. The matcha one looks cute but I have not tried yet, I believe it is also good.

I was in Barcelona for 3 months and tried almost all the pastries; cheesecake, pistachio choux, salted caramel and hazelnut chocolate choux, which were all outstanding, but my absolute favourite was the vanilla pecan. The service was incredible - they open at 11am but let me in at 10am on the day I was returning home so I could bring back fresh pastries with me. It was a very sweet gesture and just one example of how friendly the staff are.

It’s exquisite. I got a cake (special festive edition of the Japanese cheesecake with chestnuts) here for my gran’s 90th - what a fantastic treat for someone who likes quality but is hard to surprise after so many years. Delightful texture, not sweet, truly wonderful.

We had the strawberry 🍓 cheesecake from their stand at the All Those Food event. We were happy with the dense but fluffy texture of the cheesecake as well as the strawberry flavor. 🥰😋👌🏻

Raspberry choux pastry is so good. Not too sweet, balanced flavor. I absolutely loved it. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Barcelona's new Choux, Japanese style souffle cheesecake specialty store appears!😋The cream that fills the crusty surface and inside of the choux is so fantastic. And the moist and fluffy cheesecake felt like I could eat the whole plate. I almost did..🤫 It's not too sweet, so I don't feel pressured. Even so, I'm so glad that summer is over.haha

Amazing find. We loved it so so much after the first bite we ordered 6 bags of their goodies to take home to Mallorca. The Chouxs are incredible and the Cheesecake yum!! We managed to get Volt to deliver the deliciousness to us which is so convenient.

They sell very good pastries over here. My personal favourite is the vanilla pecana choux. The owner is friendly too. Definitely a place to visit for pastries when in Barcelona !!

Best place to eat cakes! Not so many sugar but very very tasty! Very good coffee as well. The only problem is no tables to sit there, you have to take away.

I love this place! They have the most pristine desserts. Super high quality ingredients and the store is always clean. Great combination of flavours and not too sweet.

I highly recommend this place. It is from the best in Barcelona. So delicious and people there, are very nice.
