Clara, our long haired chihuahua needed an emergency consultation as she had been running a fever which was not going down. We were seen immediately and the staff were very understanding and compassionate.

There was 5 star treatment from the beginning to the end for both us and Clara. They ran bloods immediately and were mindful of costs involved and informed us every step of the way. The fees for treatment were very reasonable and Clara was looked after very well with plenty of cuddles.

Her diagnosis was very severe with an obstruction in her stomach, pancreatitis, enlarged liver and gallbladder and we thought we would lose her. However, she is now happy at home after 4 days and back to her old self chasing cats and wanting to play at home all the time with her family. Thank you to all the staff at Bluecare.

We called in without an appointment as our puppy showed signs of being ill. We were in Spain on holiday with her and very concerned. We were seen very quickly and our dog was assessed. The options were discussed with us clearly and various tests were carried out. The results were given very quickly and we were able to decide on our treatment options. We were impressed with the speed with which our dog was seen the facilities there and the price was reasonable! Thankyou!

I took my 9 week old puppy on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. The nurse and the vet were amazing. They took her straight away for examination. She needed an xray. Before they did it they told me exactly what the cost would be. After the x-ray it was determined that she needed to stay in overnight for observation and hydration. Again all the costs and options were discussed with me before hand. The next morning I received a phone call that she was feeling much better and ready to go home. They forwarded their records and x-rays on to our regular vet and sent her home with diet food and probiotic. I'm 100 percent sure they saved her life. I can't thank them enough and I would highly recommend them for people with pet emergencies.

Our Foxy was suddenly very ill and we rushed to the clinic. I have to say they were absolutely fantastic. Step by step thy did tests and found out what was wrong with her. She was operated and that saved her life. We are more than grateful for the professional help of the entire team and can not recommend them enough.

Two weeks ago my dog Skye was treated by the specialists in Bluecare Animal Hospital. She had emergency back surgery as she had suffered a paralysis to both her back legs. The care, treatment including physio, not only to Skye but the messages, videos sent to me were extremely comforting. As I was far away it gave me the peace of mind knowing my baby was in good hands. We took the chance and proceeded with the surgery not knowing if she would walk again. Within 2 days, she was already standing up and starting to walk. Two weeks later, I am extremely pleased to say, she is already walking on her own around the house. The progress she is making is amazing but it is down to the expert care and attention given to her by the medical team in Bluecare. I have never before seen a group of people who care for animals as they do. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Their facilities are top of the range and the care our furry babies get is first class. I have nothing but praise for everyone who I have dealt with in relation to Skye's surgery. On behalf of my family and myself thank you giving her a 2nd chance. We will be forever grateful for everything you have done for her.

I took my little Maltese Rosie to the Animal Hospital, as she had hurt her hip jumping, and her vet was on holiday, She was seen immediately very professional great friendly staff, and so lovely with Rosie can't thank them enough for making Rosie feel better so much better.

Thank you Bluecare and Dr. Jose for taking such great care of our girl Phoebe (AGAIN). I cannot say enough about the team at the Hospital. I would recommend them to anyone in need of emergency services or surgery for their pets. The team is extremely knowledgable and professional and all the equipment is on site. After my dog's two surgeries the doctor continued to see her for several weeks to ensure she was healing properly. There was no extra charge. Very caring people.

Our puppy wasn’t feeling well and showed signs of pain in her stomach so I had to take her to a vet. It was a Sunday and I found this place open 24h and for emergencies.
We got help right away and the staff was very friendly and took their time to explain everything to me.
It feels good to know where to turn, should we ever need to go urgently again.

The staff here is incredible. Our dog got hospitalized for a few days due to severe anemia. Doctors explained the situation to us clearly and gave us recommendations what to do. The communication worked very well via both WhatsApp and calling us daily. I felt that they took very good care of our dog and that this was the best possible treatment he could have got.

Highly recommend this place! They saved my dogs life, my dog went there with really serious problems pancreatitis with 2 abscess, peritonitis and inflamated liver etc. I lost my hope many times but they gave me hope and day by day my dog improved. I couldnt be more grateful and happy about these people who is working 24/7 for animals and always giving information when needed even in the middle of the night. I took my dog Travis to Blue Care hospital on Monday evening, after a ultrasound scan he was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and fluid in his lungs. Travis was admitted to the hospital and was in a critical condition. Travis has received the best possible care, the staff have been amazing, they saved his life and I cannot thank them enough. Travis returned home on Friday and will return for check ups. Thank you all at Blue Care Hospital from Travis and family.

Those of you who know us very well, know that our boy Frankie, the miniature dachshund, Teckel has been very poorly
I wanted to thank everyone for their good wishes for his speedy recovery.
I REALLY want to thank the wonderful Animal Bluecare hospital who have been totally amazing.
Irina took my phone call last Sunday I explained the situation with Frankie and that I wanted to book him in for an MRI scan, which she did for 11 am Monday. They explained that they would try and see the problem with a CT scan rather than an MRI if it was possible, as this was a shorter and less expensive procedure.
We had to fast Frankie on Sunday night. By that time his situation had seriously deteriorated and he was partially paralyzed. It was so awful to see him in this way and crying.
The surgeon Sergio, saw Frankie and did some simple tests and said that they needed to operate quickly but he had another emergency that he had to operate that afternoon. Sergio explained what he needed to do to cut out a window in Frankie’s large vertebrae so that he could cut away the disc which was compressing the spinal cord. It was a major operation but Sergio was so kind and we felt confident that Frankie was in the best hands. Sergio had over 20 years experience and worked in the UK so his English was excellent. We were given Frankie to cuddle and reassure him which was important for us and Frankie.
He said that they would keep Frankie in overnight without charge to monitor him as it was critical.
Ariana was the nurse looking after Frankie and she was lovely and very caring.
It was a sleepless night for us worrying about Frankie.
Irina called first thing in the morning with a reassuring and cheery voice saying that Frankie was fine and had a good night and the operation would commence at 11 am.
Irina called us in the afternoon and said it all went well and Sergio would like to speak to us so we went and met him again. He said that the operation went well but he could not comment about how Frankie was as he was still sedated but he felt it was good. Frankie’s chances of a full recovery are around 97% but if it was a day later they dropped to 40 to 50% as the spinal cord was compressed. Timing was of the essence.
Sergio said that we shouldn’t see Frankie till the evening of the day after the operation. However, he was doing so well and Irina called us to say that he hadn’t eaten but maybe he would if he saw us. I suggested I took his food as he is a fussy eater at the best of times.
When we arrived they put Frankie on the floor and he literally ran to us squealing in delight. I think partly pain killers and adrenaline but to see him in this way was amazing and very emotional. He ate his food and calmed down to rest in our arms.
The relief was incredible in less than 24 hrs after his operation! This was Wednesday and we had been told he could come out Friday late afternoon or evening.
Irina called Thursday morning and said Frankie had done so well he could be collected that day. He had already had 3 sessions of physiotherapy. We were amazed and happy but concerned and we hadn’t received the equipment we had ordered to help in his recovery.
Delighted all the same, we rushed to collect him … we were all so happy to see each other. He had a good night last night and is relaxing under our close supervision with lots of love from us all.
He has been an absolute star, so well behaved and brave 💙💙💙
I am sure without the love, care and professionalism of Bluecare Animal hospital … the future may not have looked so optimistic for Frankie

I think BlueCare deserves recognition for excellent service and great personnel.
My personal experience is that they saved 2 of my pets in really serious situation so quickly and diagnosis was straight forward.

After doing some regular daily visits to local vet, we didn't have any other option but to go to BlueCare, in both cases.
Couple of days my pet started showing some symptoms that were all around confusing. After 3 hours she was there, they made diagnosis- Limfoma.
Their approach and the provided information made this bad news hurt less, and Doctor Luciana was star in this story, and she gave her best to help to my Gaia.
Also, oncologist, Dr. Cartajena explained all on an understandable way and presented the options based on all what we found.

Last year similar situation with other cat, similar experience, but less dangerous diagnosis, and my cat lives happy life.

In both cases after 2-3 days in the hospital, cats were at home and getting better.

Quality of the service, availability to visit your pet during hospitalization, all the effort to find the real cause of the problem, stunning and devotion to wellbeing for the animals.

Thanks a lot, BlueCare for taking such a good care for my feline kids.
Even you are excellent, I hope not to see you guys :), but you will have my referral always.

We attended Blue Care after our Cocker Spaniel who had been seen twice in 3 days by the local vet and did not appear to be getting better. I was accommodated with an urgent appointment and we saw Dr Antoinio. What a veterinary specialist!! He was kind, thorough and consulted with us prior to each test procedure . He spend 2.5 hours with our darling Chanel and she was hospitalized immediately for two nights during which a further test was done for the mass found on her spleen. By the diagosis was quite different than the original one from the vet She is home with us now to get all the love and anything she desires. We are waiting for the outcome of the tests . Dr Antoinio assured me that they use a professor at one of the universities who is simply the best . I cannot RECOMMEND this hospital highly enough

My dog got sick from eating something she shouldn't. We got really well taken care of at Bluecare, they examined her, took tests and prescribed the needed medication. She had to stay at Bluecare overnight several nights for supervision and care. In the end all was well and she recovered completely, and the veterinary also diagnosed her with a diet intolerance on top of her stomach sickness. After switching to a veterinary diet, her stomach is better than it's ever been, and even her behavior has improved generally. I can without a doubt recommend Bluecare, they took everything super seriously and made me feel my dog was in safe hands during a worrying time. Thank you to everyone for all the help! Amazing hospital for animals! I take my dogs (I have 17 rescue dogs) to animal blue care when my local vet for example can’t do the specialist examinations or when they have been seriously ill and here I always feel confident that they will to all check ups required to help my animals. They always reply when I message them and have concerns/ questions and provide a great service and they speak English as well which is comforting as I can’t always express everything in these situations in Spanish

My Yorkshire terrier was diagnosed over Xmas with lymphatic cancer and I went to this vets because they have an oncologist we started treatment one month ago chemo for the dog called CHOP and she has only had one bad episode in four weeks I am very pleased with the care they gave her she even wags her tail when we go in side the doors, looking for the vets. Lol I would recommend them to anybody, my dog is making progress and hopefully after another two sessions of CHOP chemo she will be in remission. They are helping in giving her a better quality of life
