Helpful spoke good English hade no problem changing a electric kettle that was to small for wot I needed my fault nothing wrong with the kettle but thay changed it straight away no argument

This gentleman, speaks perfect English and has an amazing amount of stock, but more than anything he is equally as helpful if you are buying a simple screw or an expensive item.
