Though she was only a part-time staff on a summer job, she treated me with genuine enthusiasm and sincere warmth that you’d find lacking in a lot of boutique staff. She patiently took me through every colour, variant and type of the Le Pliage, and offered spot-on recommendations. Though she was only three weeks into the job, she demonstrated a strong understanding of the products. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer, it is truly evident that Adriana cared deeply about providing exceptional customer service.

Oscar made shopping here so much fun and all the staff were such a delight! They really go above and beyond with their customer service. Their prices are very fair and they go out of their way to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Went here looking for a different bag that they didn’t have, but one I got was even better! I don’t see this purse option in US stores, so I was happy. The associate who helped me knew exactly the kind of bag I wanted and helped me fill out forms for duty free. Def will be back when I visit again.

We had a wonderful shopping experience here. Our salesperson, Irene, was so helpful and a delight to shop with. We were tired so she had us sit down, brought us each a bottle of water and brought many samples to us. She made it a very special experience.
