Dr. Martens

The customer service is wonderful! I tried on like 5 pirs of shoes, but didn't buy any in the end (sorry), and the stuff was attentive and happy to help me. They explained some things you need to know, as well as shared their opinion about which shoes suit you best (if one asked). Otherwise, i was pretty sad that they didn't really have a lot of models in the store, so I couldn't try on all of the shoes i wanted. Still, the selection is pretty good, containing all of the classics and new models.

Alison was the best, very helpful, very attentive and made a great initiative that lead to a great customer service. The manager was also very helpful. I’m very happy with this shop :)

Just got my first pair of Docs from here. Amazing staff. I tried on like 12 different pairs of shoes since I’m a very picky buyer. They were more than happy to cater and advise throughout. Thanks again if you guys are reading this 🙂

For all those who are wondering: the store is NOT CLOSED. There is new one - which will open next week (the „closed“ one 😂) and old one, which is at the same old location, which is OPEN 😌 new and old store are located LITERALLY 15 meters from each other. P.s: you can come with your faulty in every official Dr Martens in whole Germany ❤

A store where I definitely stop by on every trip to Berlin. Bought a few Docs several times. Staff is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I am always helped perfectly and they also take all the time to give advice or to get an extra pair to try on.

There you will find the very knowledgeable girl from Israel, with the lovely tattoos, the quiet boy from Rome who guessed my Sicilian ancestry and the wonderful frenchie with the most beautiful curly hair in the world. The three of them helped me get my first pair of Docs and I couldn't be happier. They were patient, helpful and fun.

I hope I can treat you to an orange ice cream at Berghain soon, my curly friend. I'll be wearing my 1460 Bex 🖤
