I went to Nike today because I was looking for a knee support due to a recent injury. Unfortunately the knee support has now been discontinued but the team was extremely supportive and spent a lot of time guiding me on where to seek help and recommending useful alternatives. Their excellent customer service deserves high praise. I'm truly grateful for their assistance and kindness :)

Their staff are so supportive :) also the street around this Nike branch is so beautiful.

They have very strict and weird shopping regulations due to the Covid19.
For some very mysterious reasons it is forbidden to enter the section with running shoes (while you can touch other stuff and any other shoes without any restrictions). If you want to try on or even simply touch the pair of running shoes you have to wait for the shop assistant who will ultimately handle it to you. I'm not blaming the wonderful people who work there but it's a bit strange, isn't it?

Big. Clean. Well done. Friendly staff who are eager to help. Lots of cool displays and plenty of trendy and technical shoes on display. Easy spot to spent an hour and spend nothing or spend the monthly rent. Either way, it's a fun experience.

In the center of Berlin and approachable by Ubahn Kurfürstendamm and as well as Ubahn Zoologischer garten. Place is nice and competent staff and with right positive approach. You may get discount easily if you are a student or working with some welfare organisation. Overall, I like the place and writing my review after my 3rd purchase. Good job guys 👍

This store is massive! They have a lot of the different collections with tons of different color options (even some that are not online) for men and women. The shoe selection is one of the best I have ever seen. The customer service is EXCELLENT! WILL 100% shop here again.

It was wonderful experience for me, with wonderful people, they help me a lot and I have bought a couple of shoes and they do have really good costumer service.

Just popped in to grab a gift card and had the most enjoyable experience with the sales staff. They didn't try to push any other products and just followed my lead.
