Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Check-in/Out was very smooth. The service at the hotel bar was great but unfortunately, they close quite early on Sundays. Last but not least, the breakfast was simply amazing. Virtually everything you can imagine was available. On-demand omelettes, fresh pancakes, and a wide selection of cheeses and salads. Fresh pressed juices (free of charge). Everything was amazing and very good value for the money.

I have to be picky to find something negative. The only thing would be that the restaurant is not open on Sundays and the bar closes early. The room service did not empty our trash bin (although it was also not full, so it was fine!). I did not love the water pressure in the shower (it was absolutely okay, but I like it very high pressure).

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed for business. Visited during a conference in mid April 2024. The room was perfect it had all you needed and a nice ambient atmosphere. The lighting was such that you could feel it was a day even during night !! Lots of space , large desk and comfort! Breakfast was also with a great variety in a nice location of the hotel with many windows and view outside ! Ideal hotel for meetings , conferences , seminars but also for tourists. Close to many restaurants and public transport plus there is a huge supermarket at the basement !! Don t miss it!!

The MOA hotel is a very accessible hotel in Berlin. The pricing is decent and the service is efficient. The only negative point is some rooms have only visibility to the interiors of the hotel (not outside). Maybe don’t forget to ask at the reception desk when getting your room.

Me +made sure the handsome face on poster defo a famous person (eye on me)+ perf lighting n shadow. It’s perfect. No need other random ppl. N fine art portrait hard to sale, cuz photographers not narcissist enough. When I see the works, I like this photographer but who is the model on pic. So just architectures, cities: love the city n buildings.

Stayed there for 2 nights in December. The hotel is within walking distance from the U-bahn station. The room was big compared to normal hotel rooms in Europe. The breakfast was really good. There was even a live egg counter. Overall we are really happy that we stayed there.

Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin is a very nice Hotel, and the service is very good, nice staff and always worth visiting. The location is not from the Berlin Central Train station, and near to major sightseeing sites in Berlin.

I stayed in this hotel on 1st Jan 2024. We reached Berlin late at night after 10:30 pm. After reading other reviews I felt skeptical about surroundings of the hotel but there was staff present which guided us to front desk. Check in was smooth but it takes time to get used to get to rooms. The rooms are secured in building with locked doors which is not accessible to general public(as other area is). The breakfast buffet was amazing (but at a cost). You get variety of things to eat. ATM is onsite and that was convenient. This neighborhood is little bit run down however my fmly didnt feel unsafe even in night. The room itself was pretty big and very well maintained. Room was provided with required toiletteries.

Nice Hotel, close to grocery store, U and S Bahn. Rooms are nice, but the floor/corridors need a little fresh air from time to time. Pillows, well ... in Germany everywhere you travel, you ll have an issue with pillows

Great hotel in central part of Berlin with very comfort room's. Breakfast is simply amazing with many choices and with possibility to order fresh egg omelet.
Hotel has its own parking place and in the ground floor there is a supermarket so easy to take few gifts especially when you are on business trip with limited time to stay in Berlin :)

The hotel rooms were perfect and as advertised.
The staff were always friendly and ready to help and multilingual.
Breakfast was awesome. There is a choice for everyone.
Location on the outskirts of Berlin was good as there was an underground station 200 m from the hotel which meant it was a 20 minute train ride into the centre of Berlin

Request for a quiet room was perfect. We arrived early (12am) and could access the room directly. That was very nice. The breakfast is really good with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff very friendly. It is a bit complicated to find your ways, and it doesn't make sense that the rooms on the 4th floor have room numbers starting with 5..

We stayed in the new part of the hotel. The room was modern, spacious and did include a coffee maker.
All staff was very friendly and attentive. The staff at reception as well as in the restaurant and hotel bar.
The breakfast selection was very good and the food was tasty. Eggs made to order, hot and cold breakfast selection.
The location is convenient close to Sbahn and Ubahn.

I've only gone to the Edika but I'm really impressed with the establishment

The location, while not exactly central, is close to the underground and it's easy to get there from the airport and train station. The Hotel itself will impress you, I'm sure. The rooms are fantastic, the staff very friendly, there is a fridge and a coffee maker in the room and a big convenient store on the ground floor. But the absolute stand out is the breakfast - make sure you eat here in the morning - I've never seen breakfast done better anywhere else.

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. I only stayed one night, but it was an overall very pleasant experience.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Beautiful rooms. Conveniently located to transport, cafes and shops. Highly recommend

Very friendly staffs and clean hotel. Staff even taking me to the lift because i couldn’t find the right way. There are so many choices for breakfast buffet and I really enjoy my time staying here. Highly recommended.

Very nice rooms and accommodating staff. We had a booking issue where a single was booked for the two of us instead of a double (fault of the person who booked them for us), and they were very nice and fixed it for us with no fuss. Relatively close to the airport. Decent number of food options within walking distance. Nice restaurant bar and a very convenient shopping area (including a large grocery store) on the bottom floor. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.
