EDEKA Center Berlin Moabit

Huge supermarket, everything you’d ever want or need including bakery. Butcher. Fishmonger. Cold drinks and ready to eat food. Ideally located if you’re staying in the hotel above for snacks. Open until 10pm most days.

Das Gemüse und das Obst sind sehr schon. Very impressive grocery store. If you're from the US, it's like Whole Foods 20-years in the future. They have a large case of living herbs and lots of other high-quality items.

EDEKA Center is located at a very convenient place for people living near Rathenower Str. All grocery items are available at very competitive prices. Timings are also very reasonable.

Super friendly staff, the variety of products available at the store is unparalleled.

We were in Berlin for a week's vacation and shopped at EDECA several times since we lived nearby. Friendly and polite employees, clean environment and wide variety in all categories. I was impressed by the cashier checking the packages with the eggs to see if any are broken Well done !!

We used this for a quick pick up of sandwiches, crisps and drinks for our train journey. Excellent selection and very handy.

The best Edeka I know. Holly Molly the selection of everything is mind blowing. A freaking city of groceries.

I guess it’s hard to survive in Berlin without Edeka 😅 Not only because they have good quality goods, but also because everyone is super organized and there’s enough space for you to walk around (although after the renovation I fell the aisles are a bit more narrow.

They also have fresh fishes, which is a differential for other supermarkets in Moabit and Berlin overall. To improve it more, they could also diversify the types of fishes. Specially having more often things like shrimps, octopus, calamari and so.

This is my all time favorite Edeka and probably supermarket in all of Berlin!
Splendid selection of products high in quality and quantity. Really well distributed and organizeed as well. You can find anything and everything here.

This is by far the best Edeka in Berlin. It might even be the best grocery store in Berlin. It's HUGE and spacious with a generous produce section, large area with drinks (including a really good selection of hard alcohol and wine), and an entire section for cleaning and household products. The frozen and fresh sections are massive too. It's attached to a parking garage, which is super convenient if you're driving.

Great variety and really well kept. The staff are really quick as well with the check out process. If you have a choice between here and nearby Kaufland, I'd recommend here as Kaufland lines tend to take a bit longer.

Good variety of foods and goods, decent price, and pleasing interiors.

Big and pretty well organized supermarket with a good choice of groceries and other products for home (it has a smallish section of electronics, some office supplies, etc.). Usually not very crowded so the queues at the cashier are not too long.

As a foreigner living in Berlin, sometimes can be difficult to know if a place is good or bad. At first I didn't like much Edeka, maybe because I didn't know any of the brands or products. Now, I can say Edeka is one of the best supermakets. Has everything I ever need for my apartment, from groceries too cleaning.
