Wandelhalle Hamburg

Wandelhalle in Hamburg is a true gem for travelers! While waiting for my train, I had the pleasure of exploring this vibrant space. It's not just a typical waiting area; it's a mini paradise for those in transit.

The selection of shops, from boutiques to convenience stores, kept me engaged and provided plenty of options for last-minute purchases or souvenirs. Dining here was a treat – whether you want a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to eat and drink while yo wait for your train

Be careful of petty crimes especially at the exits/entrances of the Bahnhof, around ATM machines and public lavatories. Someone masquerading as staff picked several Euros from fist-time users of the lavatories by blocking the way to the coin machine at the entrance while ushering them in through the emergency exit door 😀 -you realize you've been conned after relieving yourself 😀

Good selection of food. There is a supermarket on the second floor.

Excellent place, huge train station with lots of shops, café's, McDonalds,etc.
Obviously bang in the center and approx a 35 minute train ride from Airport.

Very busy station but very clean with good visual security.

Outside there is a large taxi rank and also IF JOINING A MSC CRUISE or returning to ship after visit?? Go out the front main entrance and just ahead you'll see the white and blue MSC gazebo's, where you can pay ¥5 for transfer to port or meeting point for your paid for already transfer

Good Shopping Centre

Has everything the traveller needs.Especially if you are hungry.Upstairs there is also something :a Edeka supermarket and a Schweinske and McDonalds plus other shops. ATM machines in both ends of the hall.

Good range of useful shops. Toilets in main entrance €1 and well worth the price, as spotless.

The busiest terminal as always

A beautiful and kind young lady helped me not to get lost and take the wrong train. 10/10 thank you again.😂

Great selection of food, perfect for a meal between a Subway transfer or before a long distance train

Big bus and train station with loads of shops and Places to eat and shop.

In the central station there are some resto, coffee shop, supermarket etc

Lot of food shops and other stores open till late.
