Bought new shoes today. Staff was super nice. All sizes were there I wear in European 39 to 41 depending on the brand. Usually the cool ones are soled out. Not today.

Can't say enough good things about the friendly staff. The recommendations and advice were fantastic and very welcoming.
Unfortunately had to return one pair of shoes and also that was no issue. Thumbs up, great all around.

My favourite shoe shop ever! High quality, long-lasting shoes that withstand difficult, damp (Hamburg) weather conditions. Service isn’t great, it always feels like you’re bothering them and they’re doing you a favour, but worth to put up with it. This is especially when it’s super busy, so would recommend to go in the morning when it’s a bit emptier.
Haven’t found a vegan section here but waiting for it!

A very good selection of shoes of different prices. Service is fast, helpful and lovely. The shop is huge: 4 stores and very likely to find a lot of things you like.

I AM VERY PLEASED TO HAVE ALL MY 60PAIRS OF SHOES FROM GÖRTZ PADERBORN. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE I AM IN GERMANY FOR 25YEARS. I HAVE GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD SHOES, OF COURSE THE SHOES ARE EXPENSIVE BUT EXCELLENT QUALITY I JUST LOVE THE SHOP IN PADERBORN. I BEST SHOP EVER.
