Museum der Illusionen Hamburg

We had a really nice experience visiting the museum. We didn't have to wait to start the tour, which is full of spots for taking very cool pictures and seeing illusions that will put your mind to the test. The staff is very kind and eager to help you when needed. This a very fun experience, best enjoyed in groups!

This is a visual test, and I will recommend to go with more than two people, as capturing pictures alone can be challenging. The staff was both nice and beautiful.

First museum that we visited after checking the reviews in different cities. We really enjoyed the activities they have to offer in there. I do understand why the size is small instead of it being extra large. The tricks and rooms do put a stress and over stimulate your brain. The employees on their shift were walking rounds regularly to check if anyone needed help or to help take photos.

The museum ist small but cool. It has tricky but fun entertainment. It's a place not just for kids but for adults as well. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Lockers are available free of charge. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed it, all explanations were in German and English, staff spoke English aswell. They provided free lockers to keep you belongings in whilst in the museum.
Very interactive, took about 1 hour to complete. Nice little gift shop.

Good science and engineering match. But there is not good arrangements for waiting area. Staff will rudely tell u to wait outside in cold weather. Else inside views are awesome 👍

Staff very friendly and helpful, they spoke very good English. Lots of hands on exhibitions and things to look at. Great fun for young and old.

It is a must to see this for adults and children over 8 years old I'd say. Warning, may get you dizzy. Really good displays and also informative.

Had a fun time goofing around with my friend during her last day in Hamburg. Relatively cheap, loads of games and lots of families there.

I was planning to visit this place since last year. Well, finally I did it. I spent more than one hour in there, playing mind games, guessing what my brain sees, learning things and looking at the things from a different perspective. Definitely worth it.

Great day excursion! I went with a friend and we laughed the entire time. Some really cool effects. It doesn’t take long, but is worth the time if you have an hour or so to spend.
