Dookan Indian Grocery Store

I am regular customer of Dookan from last one year. Things I observed during this period are below

Positives
1) Staff is very good, polite and honest.
2) They deliver product in almost every region of Europe.
3) Packaging is always good in condition.
3) Few items are very expensive but most of them are as per Europe standard.
4) Product quality are most of time fresh or within expiry date.
5) Customer support at call is very good.
6) Restaurant is pure authentic south Indian and taste of food is good.

Negatives/Area of improvement
1) App is not that good or they are sometimes not able to manage products. App shows product is available but sometimes it is out of stock.
2) Most of the times, all products are not available from the order list and they replace or refund amount without telling to the customer. Not every time sometimes they call as well.
3) They should not strictly sell the expiry products. this may be harmful.
4) They should provide some special benefits or rewards/cashback to regular/premium customer.

Great service. Once order is placed. They ship same or next day to Denmark. All my deliveries came here within 3-5 working days. Packaging is always reliable as there never been any transit damages. They ship through DHL. Most importantly they mention expiry dates of the items they sell online, which makes it trustworthy to buy from them. They promptly respond to calls and messages in a courteous manner.

I was able to find a wide range of Indian products here which I was not able to find anywhere in Czech republic. Gladly I am able to cook and eat proper Indian Foods.
For people missing their home food, I would seriously recommend a visit to the Dookan Prague Store.

A very clean spacious indian grocery store with absolutely necessary stuff only and not like other subcontinent stores who pile up a lot of unnecessary stuff. Very professional staff and outlook. Prices also reasonable. They also have an app and home delivery.

Dookan has one of the most amazing networks of grocery delivery. The support team is always available for help. Best grocery shop to deal with. Even the Dookan Club Membership is beneficial.

Good place to buy Indian grocery. You can try some Indian food. My fav is paneer masala dosa and Tea.

Great grocery store, lots of excellent Indian products

An amazing Indian store, under one roof you pretty much get everything an Indian desires😊. Now including veg dishes. Kudos to the team , who are making Indian provisions accessible at one location, including door step delivery , has a website . Tried different places but this comes close to the best Indian experience. Well done 👏🏻

This is the only South Indian restaurant that you will find in Prague. Very authentic food and delicious! You will notice the authenticity once you visit (the place is always full of Indian customers). They are very friendly and they have a nice offer on Wednesdays which you should not miss!

Reaching this shop was like reaching home! Warm, helpful, obliging were Vasanth, Pratheesh and Patrick. The south Indian food they served was
heartwarmingly homely and delicious and we got so much info about the city from Vasanth. Very grateful to the team.

First brick and mortar store of Dookan in Prague. Stocks are fresh and diverse. Discounts are available on top of displayed price. Nice staffs. Highly recommended.

We are new to Prague and were exploring Indian food items and found this place. They have a vast collection at reasonable rates and we look forward to visit more. Even the staff is awesome and helpful and guided with other miscellaneous stuff as well.
