U Zpěváčků Restaurant

I tried this local Czech restaurant in Prague, U Zpěváčků, and it was amazing! It's a cozy place with a real authentic vibe. The food is traditional Czech and absolutely delicious. I had some duck that was just out of this world. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. They even helped us choose from the menu. Prices were reasonable too, especially for the quality of the food. It's a bit off the beaten path, but totally worth the detour. If you're looking for a genuine Czech dining experience in Prague, U Zpěváčků is the place to go.

One of the best restaurants with adequate prices in Prague. We are very happy with their service, delicious Czech national cuisine and real coziness. The restaurant has a special daily lunch menu with different choice of soups, main course dishes and drinks.

Very welcoming and friendly. Doesn't look fancy but amazing food. We had pork steak and a pork loin dish - meat on both so tasty and tender. Good prices too, great value. Would highly recommend.

Very good quality for a great price. The people are friendly and you can tell everything is made with care and love. Also: the homemade lemonade is delicious! Would really recommend this restaurant :)

Amazing place to have some traditional food for the first time! The atmosphere feels very comfortable and homey, and even though we had to wait a bit for our food to arrive we had an amazing meal! Really worth the wait. I had the pleasure to eat the most amazing goulash of my life (this is the third one i eat at all, but definetely the best!) The portion was abundant and well worth the price. In 4 people we spent the equivalent of 15-17 euros per person, which is not bad at all considering we left the place super full and satisfied.
A big thank you to all the staff and many compliments to the cooks!

We ordered a Glasch, Pork schnitzel, garlic soup, Grilovany hermelin(cheese fly). They were tasty. All meals are big portion. We could not finish them all.

Came across this when looking for our friends' hotel, so we suggested eating there. What a stroke of luck! Excellent Czech menu food, and excellent service. For starters, we share the potato cakes, the pickled cucumber and pulled duck. For mains we had the beef, mixed plate and duck. It was just so enjoyable a meal, in a cosy room.

Good food and nice service.
Beware that the horseradish served with the pork knee is really spicy; those familiar may liken its flavour to strong mustard or wasabi paste (which is usually a blend of wasabi and horseradish.)
The spiciness can flame up your nostrils if consumed in sufficient amounts. If not used to it best to try a little bit at a time!
The skin of the roasted pork knee looks tough but is deceptively nice and crispy. It is a big portion though, recommended to share with a friend.

Perfect romantic place. National kitchen. Locals are visiting it. Not a place for noisy people. Food is tasty and prices are not high. Personal are welcoming. Can pay with card or euros, krons.

Delicious and very friendly restaurant in Prague! Great value for food and drinks! Staff is perfectly nice! Highly recommended away from any tourist crowds! We will come back :)

Really delicious food served at this Czech restaurant, recommend to try pork knee and duck leg.

That restaurant is a must go.
They have differents languages for their menu and the waitress was quite welcoming. But what was really astoning was the food :
Nothing was over the top or overly fancy: simple, apparently (not an expert) , traditional Czesh meal. But the execution was just perfect, from the vegetables that was tender but crunchy, to the meal that soft cutting like butter and so damn great. The sauces were home made and perfect match for the food.
5 stars easy gain, and a great start in Prague.

The food was really good(6 out of 5 stars) the staff was nice and their recommandations were perfect.
The wine was great and we paid less then other places that we went in prague.
