The staff were friendly, the service was fast and the food was 100% delicious!! Loved it and I recommend it. There is a very quick way to pay by simply scanning the qr on the table as well. I especially recommend the chicken breast with mashed potatoes and homemade lemonade. Would definitely come back!!

Excellent Czech food and friendly service. The roast beef on cream was outstanding. The goulash also was very good. Try this place. You won't regret it.

We went there for dinner. The place was full, but the waiter was able to find a table for us. I appreciate that the menu is not very wide. The burger and the chicken wings were great. The portions were bigger than usual. The food was fantastic.

The food is REALY good, typical Czech food, the flavour combinations. The food arrived very fast and enough food, they have different liqueurs. It was a lovely experience! The only “bad thing” was the noise, but this is not the restaurant fault at all.

Eva is a great waitress who was incredibly polite and friendly. I ordered beef steak tartare, which came with delicious toast and garlic. It was so delicious and filling at the same time, definitely not a starter but a main dish. Highly recommended! 👌

Amazing food, pleasant service

We ordered a few different meals. The pork knuckle is enormous (they should write it’s for 2 people). All of the other dishes were great, especially the schnitzels. I definately recommend that place

Traditional Czech food, very well made, most important thing they have the Pilsner urquell from the tank which makes a big difference. Goulash not that good imo, but the duck was amazing.

Great place to eat lunch, dinner, or just a drink. Classic Czech dishes and modern. Pork knuckle easily big enough to share and truly delicious. Chicken and beef dishes are also amazing and good value. Modern clean decor with great service.

The ambience of the place was nice and the service we got was really great! I had the duck salad and my friend had the chicken wings. My duck salad was really refreshing, the orange slices gave it a really nice tang and the duck slices were really tender too. My friend’s order of chicken wings were also great! The sauce that comes with it really does not disappoint. Also, the bread that they serve is just absolutely divine! I just had to get another serving of it.

Had a great dinner here tonight. Excellent friendly service ( which can be a bit rare in Prague at times ) Kozel dark beer was great and fresh. The star of the show was the Svíčková which was the best I've ever had. Will 100% return at some point

Great modern take on traditional Czech food.

Plenty of seating area with an upstairs and downstairs section. Staff are friendly and service is efficient.

The Urquell pilsner is fresh coming straight from the beer tanks located in the restaurant.

We had the bohemian sausage and pork crackling spread for starters and goulash for the main. The sausages were delicious and freshly prepared with a fantastic BBQ like sauce to dip your bread in. Crackling was similar to pate spread but nothing special. The goulash was hearty and filling.

Great place if you wish to sample modern Czech food in a nice setting with local beer on tap.

Restaurant offers lunch menus which are so delicious and nice price. Food were so good and people were really nice.
They have clean washrooms.

The best beer in the world. Good food - try chicken wings. Althea staff is amazing and caring. So definitely stop here for the beer!

Had the lunchtime menu (chicken roulade with ratatouille and crushed potatoes). The lunch menu was written only in Czech but with a helpful waitress we got there. Great value at Cz.kr 179 (€7.50). Going again today.

Update: I did go again. Different waiter. Service friendly and this time a beer plus the lunch special all for under €9. Excellent stuff.
