Amazing service, the staff was really helpful and knew a lot about products i was buying, also gave me good recommendation for different options and recommend me extended warranty which really gets useful, overall good atmosphere and even tho the wait is sometimes longer you can still browse around the shop and drink nice coffe or refreshing water for free

Great services, usually little waiting time. They even offer free coffee at the branch to make your wait more pleasing. The coffee is quite good! The staff was always happy to help, but when picking up your order you don't need to interact at all. You pay at the self service pay box and collect your order when prompted to. Great traffic availability via metro, trams and buses. Not sure about parking, but for car pickup I always chose the Holešovice branch instead.

Alza is one of my favorite stores for electronics. This local branch/pickup point is fast, efficient and has good free coffee.

Actual stock information on the site, fast order processing. Easy to receive the order. Recommended!

It's a perfect thing Alza is at Dejvicka.. But when you're in hurry... it feels like your item never comes in...

Big Alza, electronic store, they also have gaming PCs and Laptops with everday electronics.

I usually get all my electronics from here. The customer service guys speak English too.
