Charles Bridge Restaurant

I got a chance to visit this restaurant. The food from the appetizer to the main course is very good. Finally, the sweet dessert was light and refreshing. Service yesterday 8/21/2023 very nice. No cocky Czech waitresses, but Ukrainian girls who worked quickly, willingly and with a smile. A very nice gastronomic experience.

Such a hidden gem for Prague food! You need to go through a passageway to get to it. The price is very reasonable, it’s not so high like in the old square. The atmostphere is great, you should try to book a table during sunset to watch the view. The waitress are so sooo nice, and the drinks came super quick every time.

We tried the local dishes (beef goulash, duck with bread dumpling, etc) and it was all good. But the best one must be the pork bbq (last photo), the meat literally melt in your mouth.

Absolutely stunning location! And lovely interior as well. The food service was prompt, and the food itself was of incredibly high quality. The waitresses were polite and gave us the space to enjoy our meal. My only complaint was that it was incredibly warm in the restaurant, due to the powerful heaters, however had I not been wearing a jumper, it may have been more temperate.

Absolutely a brilliant place for anyone to visit as the ambience, the service and most importantly the place is in a very prime location I.e near Charles Bridge. I luckily ended up going to this restaurant and the service was beyond excellent, and the girls were very sweet and helpful. I am a vegetarian, I ordered the burger and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend you to go to this restaurant in town and you can thank me later 😊

The restaurant is located right along the river, providing a great view while eating the meal. Everything is tasty from appetizers to main dishes. The portions are really large and filling while the prizes are normal. The entrance is not that easy to find, though. In any case, an amazing experience.

Loved it! Brilliant restaurant situated in the center of Prague next to the Charles Bridge 😉 I experienced a delicious main course while visited for lunch with friends 🥘🍻 serving local beer 🍻
The spices and flavors were extremely impressive 😉👏 we ordered French fries as a side dish. Looked really tasty 🍟

Walked passed this hidden gem and decided to brave the alleyway towards the water to see what it held… a bit pricier than some other restaurants in Prague but oh so worth the money!! If you have some time to sit and savour your food and wine please check this place out. We had a late lunch here and everyone left with a memory of one of the best meals we have had.

The food was delicious, and it was served in a good time. The atmosphere at morning was very peaceful. I had a great time there

Very nice Restaurant, but it was a little bit hard to find the entrance if you never have been there. It‘s very warm because of their Radiant heater but i liked that. The Gulasch-soup is great!

We had a great time at family lunch, the staff was very kind and polite to us.

The best thing in the restaurant for me was the music playing. Nice classic rock all the time, was great.

The food was very tasty and the view compensates for the 'tourist price'.

Most of the tables have a panoramic view of Charles Bridge. The Moldava River passes by, giving us the strong feeling that the restaurant floated above the river.

We were with a 1yo baby and the good thing is that they have high chairs but no changing room to kids tho.
This could be a very handy improvement to think about it.

The food here is nice. When you celebrate birthday here, the staff prepares the firework candle and play a short birthday song for you ! :)

Amazing staff, very friendly, helpful and kind! The food was equally awesome, I particular enjoyed salmon tartar - it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the place.

Brilliant restaurant right next to Charles bridge.
Wonderful food and brilliant service

Great location close to the bridge and river. Ordered 3 courses and my favorite was the appetizer. The salmon lasagna was delicious. Service was good as we were there when it wasn't so busy.

Nice location on the river and great food. Delicious hamburgers with good ingredientes, fresh french fries, cabbage salad and tartare sauce. Good also the cheesecake. Gentle crew and good price.

I liked this place very much. Food was prepared perfectly. Great atmosphere. Open and breezy, server was great except when it was time for the check, he was nowhere to be found. I mean for so long we had to ask another server for the check. Other than that, our server was great. These guys served bread. (I just reviews another place that did not and that was a sore point for me) deserts were great! Coffee was very good. I don’t like to return anywhere even when they are great, (only because there are so many options to try) but i would eat here again. It really had everything you look for in a nice dining experience. I did want to take away half a star for the server disappearing, but you can’t rate on half stars and I felt it was degrading to only rate these guys 4 stars.
Being a former chef myself, my ratings are based on the level of restaurant I am reviewing. Meaning 4.5 stars is not meant to put in the same class as a Michelin rated or recommended restaurant, but 4.5 stars for its level, which is for you to decide when researching your dining options. 😁

The best dinning destination for delicious food and real vibes of Prague 🤩 the view, the staff, the dishes, drinks (good non alcoholic options). A must to try!

We had our last dinner in Prague but I would recommend to visit it before sunset.
