Sex Machines Museum

What a fun and unique museum! A truly “special” place to visit that isn’t common in other destinations. There are many interesting items here on display and some good information is available about sexual history. It’s not a crude museum at all, and is mainly focussed on educating visitors about the evolution of sexual wellness. Tickets are reduced for students. A fun visit for adults that you won’t regret at all.

This was as expected, some interesting pieces within the museum.

We arrived early, with hardly anyone else visiting the museum. When walking past throughout the day it did not appear to become much busier.

Something different to see when visiting Prague

A fun place to go to and see lots of classic and vintage items. The place was big compared to other museums like this in Amsterdam! Worth the money and took an hour or so to view and read everything. Interesting place and recommend to visit!

I attended it on Friday. Small but interesting to visit as you will find some surprising things there. It takes ca 1 hour to see all the exhibits.
Love tester armchair is funny, so stay longer near it to see the reaction of people based on test results and, for sure, take a sit and get to know your results.

You can find scary, interesting, dangerous stuff people used for their sexual gratification, but it's all funny now for us. I recommend going with friends, you will a have a good laugh while learning pretty interesting things about human sexuality from the past.

Very interesting place! Super risque yet very clean and the collection was massive with multiple floors of exhibits. We spent about 45 minutes here and had alot of fun looking at all the items displayed. Right off Old Town Square it was easy to get to and did not take us outside of the area we were site seeing in. Lots of gawkers at the front of the museum but once we got through them inside it was easy to get around with lots of space. They also had a souvenir section with some pretty dirty little magnets and the like that went perfect with the rest of the museum.

Very funny, and surprisingly very interesting to get to know that there is SO MUCH history to sex machines. I'm asking myself how they came up with ALL THAT stuff. They were very creative not gonna lie. The price is moderate as well, 200kc as a student. Can only recommend it if you also want to get a good laugh in!

This place is a wonderful hour or 2 of exploration into finding how people have been trying to get themselves off since Victorian times.
Everything from “carefully shaped” wooden implements to toy tanks with interesting attachments to bags that ladies back door burp into to hide the smell, this place has it all.

Quite interesting and fun. There is also a little cinema inside with black and white films:)

Went here on a bit of a whim but glad we did as was a bit of fun and educational too.

I thought it was very interesting and quite advanced for the time period the inventions they had. Definitely interesting place to check out especially if it is a rainy day or even a sunny day. So many things in museum to see.

Fun and interesting! It's small and goes up three floors, but it's packed with little devices and curious things that people through history used to entertain themselves.

300Kc for single admission. Museum was so much fun! There is a lot to read and the plagues are in English and Czech. It's more than just a bunch of old dildos, there's actually a robust collection from antique to modern and some bdsm toys and gear. I learned more than expected for sure. There are restrooms inside only after the pay gate. There's also an old cinematic porno playing in a little theater that is honestly one of the funniest and least sexy things I've ever seen.

Entertaining and fun museum with lots of exhibits. The old cinema room with silent movie was a fun watch too. Not too pricey so worth the entry price.

It was really fun museum, if you've spare 1 hour, why not visit this one. There are lots of historical sex machines, b&w movie theatre to watch some old "movies". You might expect a cheap exhibition however it is very well arranged. Recommended

Not an attraction for the shy or prudish. Some of the exhibits will make your eyes water, as well as other parts of your anatomy. Fascinating to see how the human race has pleasure itself from the Stone Age, through the decades up to the present day. If your curious, don’t be shy give it a try. Certainly a museum to broaden your love life.

PERFECT FOR ALL (ADULT) TRAVELERS
This museum was very thorough at showing the history of devices. I learned of items I had no idea existed. For the price tag, I thought this museum lived up to it’s cost. I highly recommend this to anyone going to Prague.

Worth the £10 entry fee. We couldn’t stop laughing at some of the things there. Most of the time we were in shock at the variety of ‘items’. There are some pretty detailed drawings of how people might use these items. Definitely not for anyone who is prudish or squeamish. Probably don’t visit with your parents.
