Interesting walk through of all the steps of brewing, from the water through to the progression of glasses and coasters. With a beer on arrival, and two to finish, this is truly a beer lovers paradise.

Very informative museum. You go around at your own pace, take as many photos as you like, and you get some beer samples too!

If you enjoy beer and reading go there! Something different to do in the city! I went in Easter time!

Don't worry it's really not a tourist trap. First we went through the museum, you can see the history of beer production in Czech Republic, you can see how the beer packaging has changed, some fun statistics... After the tour you get to enjoy 4 different beers. Last 2 were amazing!! You can choose to have them outside or in the basement that looks like an old pub. It's a fun experience! 200czk for student tickets, great deal

This is a very informative exhibition. As a beer lover, I also loved the ending! Not much high-tech or interactive exhibits, but (in my opinion), they are not needed.

At the end we got 4 “tasters” (spoiler alert!!!) which are practically half a pint each! Each is a different Czech beer. I had a favorite, but I guess it is just a personal taste. In general, this was a very good experience.

Great museum, the tour is self guided with a main exhibition on ground floor and next door part 2 of the tour the cellar. Well explained the evolution of brewing, with the ticket you get the beer tasting.

Not a tourist trap. I was impressed how complex the brewing process can be. The museum is very nice

Great place to go for a visit. The Museum is not massive and you can complete it in about 20 mins, but it is interesting 👍
TBH, you don't go there just for the Museum tour 🤣, it's the Beer that they give you at the end of the Tour. You choose how many glasses you want to try when you buy your ticket, then you can drink them inside in the Bar's Cellar or out in the Courtyard - Great fun 😁
Staff are friendly and helpful. It only costs about £10 which includes 4 small beers 😎
Also, you don't have to include Beers if you don't want to drink, they'll reduce the Ticket price👍

friendly staff and cheap food and drink. Every day is different. A mix of people and conversations. Genuinely a great atmosphere and a must to get a local people opinion on what to see in Prague

100 % worth a visit if you're in Prague.
Its a self guided tour around musuem, reading place cards and learning about how beer is produced.

The tasting at the end is good, 4 great tasting ales on offer. I don't like dark beers and the guy who was serving let me swap it for another beer.

The bottle beer with your own label on at the end is great too added addition too.

Very nice experience. It has the history of beer and a variation of beers around the world.
Inside there are very nice posters of information about people and drinking beer around the world which i found very interesting ! They also have a special room with projectors, showing how the beer was made.

The most exciting part is that you pay for ticket about 280 ck ( 12 euros) and you get 4 different beers for testing, after you finish the tour. There is place inside or outside to sit and enjoy your beer !!

Go in there in the evening and not in the morning like me. Why? Because you get to drink beers and it will be tough being drunk the whole day. Joking aside, the museum is really nicely thought out and informative. It leads you through history of beer and how it evolved. The reading material is interesting and witty. The staff was friendly and nice. Beers were also good. High recommendation to visit.

The actual museum is simple but I recommend buy the tickets as it gives you beers at the end to try from light to dark (caramel). Each person gets 4 small pints (approx, 300ml x 4 pints each) so it's well worth the ticket price!

Definitely worth visiting! You can get all information about the history of brewing and will taste the best draft beer. Huge thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcome.

My wife found this really fun tour to do in Prague, and the price is good as well.

After you go through the museum portion of the self-guided tour you get to the very fun stuff. This is the underground bar where it is broken out into various time-periods in Prague’s history. You get to try a couple different beers on the tour that range from light to dark. I loved learning more about the beer making process, as it was different than any brew tour that I have been on thus far. If you enjoy beer than you need to check this out.

After we finished everything we got to bottle our own beer to open at another time. Twas very fun and worth the money.

The museum is not very large but the experience is interesting. There are many facts about beer making. You can see some sorts of hops and at the end of the tour you can try four different kinds of beer. They have a nice little garden where you can enjoy your beers or an underground pub in different historical styles - beers golden age and communist.

Awesome guys operating a beer museum. The reception (and the receptionist) is laid back, relaxing and sets you in the mood for the later beer tasting. The museum is quite casual and has basic information about beer cultures around the globe. They have a display of some old equipment and tools portraying how far beer making has come.
Awesome bar tender (apparently works only on Saturdays) explained the varieties of beers they have and were very friendly to my squad and I (probably the coolest guys i met during my trip to Prague). 280kč for 4 beers (plus museum tour) was rather a good value for money. It's 170kč for tour only.
A good way to usher myself into 7-stars 🌟 as a google local guide.
