Great food, great prices, real authentic Czech restaurant. This place was such a pleasant surprise we had to go twice. Really enjoyed the sausage, soups, schnitzel and ribs. Don't forget to order the fresh strudel.

Very good cafe with traditional dishes. They have czech drink - kofola, it's like cola. Large portions and friendly staff.

Nice and cozy place to eat something and to drink a cold czech beer. Hilarious, near 6 embassies! Has a nice terrace next to the entrance.

Beautiful quiet spot with plentiful outdoor seating. We had the wild boar and beef goulash, both excellent. Beer was of course excellent, the current special in particular.

I went to this place with my father, who is in his mid 50 now, to try some typical Czechisch meal. We ordered feet of pork meal for him and Goulash soup for me. The portion was enough, the taste was great :). The waiters were smiley and friendly. We liked the cozy atmosphere. Btw I am so sorry for the waiter who literally could be bumped up with me while I am opening the door of bathroom. I couldn’t say sorry you cause I was so embarrassed!

One of my favorite spots to eat in Prague. The duck and goulash bread bowl are absolutely amazing. The sausage plate was disappointing but does not impact the overall rating. Very well priced and worth finding.

A bit hidden and away from the masses, very quiet place. Food is pretty good and prices are acceptable. Service was good and we really enjoyed our meal here, the garden is beautiful. It is not a tourist rip-off spot, even though it is really close to the "tourist hot spot", so I'd say it's a good suggestion if you are walking around the castle and need a good meal afterwards.

Wow! Outstanding classic Czech restaurant with a fascinating history. Located well off the beaten path, catering primarily to locals and blissfully void of the tourist crowds packing Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. My wife and I were brought here by local guide Jana as part of a walking tour and were very pleased with both the food and service. Antonio the bartender, one of the nicest people in a city full of charming personalities took great care of us and will always be considered a friend of ours. Despite the distance from our hotel, we visited three times during our stay in Prague and I will miss the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, food and the truly excellent but difficult to find Mala Strana beer on draft. When we return to Prague this will be one of the first places to which we look forward to returning.

Superb and well priced local Czech food. Large portions, friendly staff and a wide selection of beer.

The walk up to the pub / restaurant is also rather pretty along a narrow winding street.

Very nice experience close to the castle. Beautiful, kind service, great Pilsner beer. We asked for svíčková na smetane, which is typical Czech dish. It was not in the menu, anyhow they have prepared it for us. And the meal was great

Very good restaurant with food service. Locals eat there which is always a good sign. A bit out of the main touristic roads which adds a bit of charm to the place. Bohemian duck was on point and so was the pork tenderloin. Pâté for starters also recommended.
