Kavárna U Zvonu

There were five of us for lunch and we were all very happy with our choices that were nicely arranged and served on slates. Prices were ok considering the area. We were served by Tomas L. (that's what is says on the receipt anyway) who was wonderful, very attentive, helpful and friendly. Thanks Tomas! You deserve a raise.

Our waiter Tomáš Lojek was great! Lunch was very good. 👍🏼

Velice příjemný podnik, který se nachází v budově Galerie Hlavního města Prahy.

Příjemné posezení, milá obsluha, výborné tiramisu

Obsluha mi vysvětlila, že voucher (že slevomatu) platí pouze na nápoje sebou, tudíž si uvnitř kavárny s kelimkem nesmíte šednout a pan byl natolik striktní, že jsem se neodvážila ho požádat o hrnek, rážím totiž teorií o tom, že na území tohoto státu je voda levnější než výroba papírových kelímků (o prospěchu přírodě nemluvě).

Нормально, Кофе можно выпить и попробовать тортик.

Obsluha profesionální, jídlo předražené.

Zahrádka pěkná. Vnitřní atrium velmi pěkné a působivé, obzvlášť v letních horkých dnech zde musí být příjemné posezení. Číšník znuděný, nekomunikativní . Druhá číšnice taky taková nějaká ospalá. Obsluha celkově dost slabá. Tiramisu dobré, ale kafe dost hnusné. Za tu cenu bych skutečně čekal jinou kvalitu. Ale popravdě, rozumím tomu, že turista přijde a odejde. Není potřeba se snažit o udržení zákazníka.

The most rude waiter ever. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Asked inside if we could sit outside. And they told us to do as we pleased.

After we had settled the waiter started shouting at us because we “did not ask”.

He did not even say hello or good day…. Which afterwards told us he wouldn’t serve us. Sounds like his loss to me… Went to the neighbors instead. :) And we where very nice to him trying to explain we asked it inside.

Even the other customers told us he is very very rude. But they had already ordered, so kept sitting.

They have amazing place for a cafe and service is also amazing, fast and nice service and there it ends. Rest is bad food. They have big sign homemade goulash. It was disgusting, I am from Balkan we know what's goulash. This was bad soup with meat that's never goes in goulash it was mashed meat uncooked with taste like it's old. Bread was also old, hard and dry. Tables are uneven and balance depends how you put glas. They are also small so actually for 2 persons you need two tables. It's like child table for dolls. Anyway as goulash was so bad we left it half eaten.
You will be also extra charged 10 % for a tip. They will ask you I that way that you don't understand what they mean and after you pay you will realize you actually gave 10 % more. I would avoid this bar In future and you should too. Other side of caffes are much better and better food. Prices are same everywhere

Don't go. Bad service. I showed them a discount program from Raiffeisenbank before paying my bill and then the waiter said 1. I'm sitting outside and not inside so it doesn't apply and then 2. I told him after he gave me the bill and not before. Had to argue with them like it's not a premium restaurant and actually ended up in a shouting match. Why would you want to go to place where everything is overpriced and the servers yell at you?

Kavárna celkově taková nijaká, ale díky slevovému kupónu se z ní stává alespoň normálně dostupná cukrárna. Bohužel obsluha šílená, až sprostá. Pracuje tam Ukrajinka, která nemá ani za nehet slušné chování. Byla nepříjemná, až otrávená, vysloveně ji vadilo, ze nás musí obsluhovat, asi pro ni nejsme “dost dobří”. Ještě hůře se chovala o 14 dni později k mým rodičům, kterým jsme bohužel také dali voucher, těm dokonce řekla, ze už je příště neobslouží, když ji dali voucher až při placení. V tomto podniku evidentně obsluhují jen cizince, kteří jsou ochotni zaplatit 200,- za kus zákusku.
