Very impressive store. They have all of the latest hardware and accessories either available in store to get hands on with or available for pickup the next day. The store is well merchandised and the staff are very helpful. They even have a cafe, ATM, and clean bathrooms.

Got what I ordered - good service, one of the best prices in market, almost always availability, fast order and pick up or delivery for request. Returns works very well cash back within few days, without any issue. Big showroom allows to try various product at the spot. Recommend his place for shopping.

Honestly the best electronics store in the Czech republic by far. Helpful workers that actually understand what they are talking about and are trying to help. You can also try almost anything out in person there. The only thing is you might end up waiting about 20 minutes for your stuff if you come pick it up in person on busy days. Not a problem for most people.

Great experience! Needed a notebook on a specific date and was booking from abroad. Received great service and care (especially from Mr. Richter) but also everyone else on the day of handover. Guys at the pick-up and first set-up point were super helpful too. It was a seamless experience and I am really grateful for all the pro-client attitude. 'Alzaci' deserve to be praised for their work!

Large online store primarily focused on electronics but also sells home accessories. Very well organized online queueing with mobile app. Safety measures are maintained, e.g. limitation of used capacity is AI-controlled with displaying count of people inside. Staff is friendly and English-speaking (what is rare for CZ)

Helpfull staff! They help you find what you want, you pay for it and then go to the pick-up spot with your ticket. The item will be picked from the storage and a staffmember will give it to you. Numbers appear on the screens, no need to understand Check. The place is so clean and full of modern technology, it had a nice atmosphere. I got a wifi-extender, works pefectly.

My old most favourite shop in Czech Republic. Fantastic service, all staff speaks English and is extremely helpful and friendly. in the shops off-line, as well as on the hot lines over the phone. They are able to assist with helping to choose, answer all possible questions. Great offer for insurance that covers two years of breakage replacement.

Alza is the main electronics retail seller in Czech republic. Global supply, acceptable prices, good after sale support, excellent website. It is capable of a capillary distribution all over the country, not just with shops but with delivery boxes as well. Right because of its extraordinary selling power, it started selling/distributing household supplies, canned food,pet food & accessories. Prices not always the top, but quality always above average. Phone service in English,always kind & very efficient & effective. Update. Increased the delivery windows, thus faster service. Moreover, available now the delivery service at ur own address within 24 hours. Further update. Nothing new, besides the improved delivery service & unfortunately higher prices overall. Update. Business increased, inserted a fourth delivery queue at checkout. Update. Prices increased remarkably,in some cases doubled. Update. Parking lot almost totally unavailable for a couple of weeks.

I asked for details about televisions, speakers, receivers and subwoofers and received competent and caring answers.

The main store in Holešovice is quite busy and dazzling, but the staff are very helpful, and most speak excellent English. To the company's credit, when part of an order of mine was accidentally not delivered, the price was refunded without any prompting from me. The best part of Alza is probably their very cheap delivery service to "Alza Box" collection points located around the city. There is probably one within walking distance of where you are staying if you are in Prague.

Best place to buy electronics, but they actually sell almost everything you can think about, just check their website and you will see... good prices... You can buy online and pick it up at their main store at Holesovice. Usually very crowded. Their app also works very well, and to avoid the queue you can pay through the app and wait a bit less for your goods... Or, you can have a nice coffee at the coffee shop right in front of the waiting room...
